Hotel Mas Palou

What a wonderful location. It’s just spectacular. Green fields, hills, river, trees...sheer bliss. Parking in the grounds is more than ample, plus it’s very secure. As you enter the forecourt you will see the outside of this very charming and well thought out hotel which was once a vineyard and farm. The outside grounds house a good sized swimming pool and a barbecue which is open in the summer. There is a bar, seating and a big tv. I arrived on a Sunday, late afternoon. After a long drive I was made to feel very welcome and my room was upgraded. See the photos. It’s quite lovely. In the evening the chef was not on site but the kind hearted reception guy ordered food to be delivered to the hotel just for me. Bed is super comfy and so big you could party in it. Breakfast too is a delight with an enormous buffet spread. There was even cooked food...bacon and eggs. What a treat and I am thoroughly pleased I chose this place.

Room was well appointed, air conditioning control wasn’t working, also no wifi in some area in rooms, ok in main buildings, food is very good! The octopus is excellent! The owner and staff very accommodating to the customers, Well worth the money , value for stay!

Wifi not working in room!

Absolutely loved this adorable little hotel, built in an old restored farmhouse. It was alongside the road on the way to one of our destinations and it turned out to be a gem. Our room even had a jacuzzi tub, which was a nice surprise. Very quiet and the breakfast was lovely.

It was quiet, away from centre of town, which in summer is very busy, It is only a short car journey to the town and beach. Lovely attentive staff. Dogs are welcome for extra 10€ per night well kept pool. Very relaxing.

Everything was great

Charming place. Neat and organized in a rustic way. Safe parking just outside. Attentive management that stays at the front desk til late. Unique place - rebuilt old stone structure. Very nice breakfast. Just as advertised.

Breakfast starts at 9:00 AM! Many of us northerners awaken at 6:00 AM to start our day. Yes I know it's Spain - but an early morning self serve pot of coffee just outside the courtyard would be welcome.

Bar shut to early 20.00 hours no tea or coffee making equipment in room toilet facility in room not private should be screened off bath not in good condition some jets not working rusty plug hole when first used smell of stale water that must of been laying in pipes

The place is great as well as the staff. Definitely coming back again. The restaurant is all very good and good prices.

The only downside is that breakfast starts a bit too late 9am. Maybe 60 or 30 min before will be perfect.

Loved big rustic style room, jacuzzi is nice feature, romantic place. Nice place for vacation and relaxation. Loved breakfast!

Jacuzzi was not cleaned properly, we had to clean it ourselves before using. (this is not big minus, just note for the owner to clean 'bubble' machine/tubes)

Beautiful hotel, close to Dali's House museum. Breakfast was nice, room was lovely with jacuzzi. Perfect place to stay with your dog, 10e extra, but worth it. Would definitely stay again

WiFi didn'treach my room

Rustic hotel. Popular restaurant. Good parking, I even got to park my van for a week while out riding my motorcycle. Good breakfast.

WiFi only worked close to the reception, not in the rooms. Breakfast didn't start until 09.00.
