Hotel Arunda II

Great value for money! Small room that is suffcient for a 2 to 3 night stay. The bed, we had room 216, was a double and was very comfy. Alhtough a warm night, there was enough natural air flow with the window open and did not need the aircon. Noise was minimal from outside and alos minimal from other guests in other rooms. There were two towels each, one medium and one large, and of good quality and fluffy, matching some 4 star hotels. Individually wrapped glasses and single portions shampoo and body wash for two people including additional soaps. The hotel offers 11 Euro/day parking, but as I was traveling budget, 400m away near the train station there is plenty of free parking available. The staff, friendly and welcoming, wanting to assure all you need is sorted - great team. Bonus, Bodega San Fransico, one of the best rated Google tappas bars is within 50 meters of the hotel - we did enjoy a great meal there in an amazing busy and unexpected atmosphere for 38 Euro (5 dishes and two Rose's and two beers). This a budget hotel so do not go in with an expectation of a 4 start hotel - that would not be fair. For a fifth of the cost of most 4 stars you will sleep clean and comfortable at Hotel Arunda II

The bath tiles could do with a re-grout and clean but this did not affect the clean state of the bath room.

Location was near city centre and set back from the road which assured peace and quiet. I liked the staff as they were friendly and helpful. The sitting/dining room with access to complimentary coffee and biscuits and kitchen facilities was very cosy, relaxing and well laid out. We arrived on bicycles and were provided with secure storage facilities for our bikes.

I could not receive the wifi in my room (room 220) but nowadays with mobile data of 5gb included in my monthly subscription the lack of wifi in my room was only a minor inconvenience.

They have a common kitchen and dining room with fridge, free for all coffee and cookies. They have a lift.

We paid the stay when we got there, when we were leaving there was another staff member at the reception and they asked us to pay again. They didn't keep track of our payment so we had a weird and uncomfortable situation at the end where we didn't have any way of proving that we paid, and also the staff couldn't confirm that we paid.

Price/quality rate is just excellent for such a touristic place as Ronda. 24h available common kitchen with fruits, tea/coffee and biscuits is priceless when you start yearly.

Card payment was impossible. Finding a free street parking near is a complicated task. Better use a paid parking at the square or 11 Euro/day parking of the hotel. 15 minutes parking for loading/unloading luggage is often occupied by unknown cars

It was calm peaceful and just right for a one or two night stay in order to explore Ronda. Staff very nice and helpful and there to welcome you in to the property. Room clean and had air con, You could help yourself to free coffee, tea, biscuits and cold water in the kitchen at no extra cost. You can also book a place to park under the building too. Excellent value for money.

It was just fine for us. No concerns.

A charming, well decorated hotel in an excellent location. Easy access to train and bus stations, with good bakery and grocery just around the corner. The hotel room was so clean, it was spotless! And the Señor night staff man was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The beautiful decoration reflected well the spirit of Ronda. Look out for the photos of the famous El Matador with Ernest Hemingway and Orson Welles!

Our room was comfortable with a balcony. Parking was very convenient and the staff were extremely helpful. The location was central, and there were some good eateries in the surrounding area. There was also free self-serve breakfast available, which was much appreciated.

Ait conditioning was effective but was noisy at times. Maybe needs attention.

This is a cozy Hotel near many great restaurants and a short walk from the main attractions in the city. We stayed only one night and the staff was very welcoming recommending great places for dinner. Had a great time and the parking lot is just across from the hotel. Had no trouble getting there even though it was in the middle of Christmas holidays.

The hotel is very near the bus station. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was spotless. There is no breakfast as such provided but the hotel has a quaint little breakfast-room with tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits on display, that you can consume free of charge at any time of the day or night.

We were only there for one night but there was nothing to complain about.

The location of the hotel was great! The staff is friendly. We really liked that at the bottom of the hotel there was a guest room where you could use a kettle, microwave, refrigerator. There were also always 3 types of cookies and fruit.

In our room, the door to the bathroom was difficult to close, the water in the toilet dripped a little and there was mold on the ceiling in the bathroom.
