Hotel Santa Eulalia

Very comfortable bed, great room size with good space for clothes and stuff, absolutley nosie-proof which is top priority for my wife and I. Great breakfast options with excellent value! We can say with confidence that we'd be happy to come stay at Santa Eulalia again and that we amply recommend the hotel to others not only because of the great facilities and value but most importantly, the amazing staff that helped us during our stay. From the front desk, to the bar and cafeteria, all staff members treated us so kindly and were unbelievably helpful and friendly. We will always be grateful of how they all went out of their way to get us to the Winter Festival on time to see our favorite band which was the reason we visited Puertollano. El equipo de Santa Eulalia es el mejor!

That there was no taxis available when we needed them but that has nothing to do with the Hotel

Most people of the staff are quite friendly, with one exception. Rooms are large. Supermarket just across the street.

Small irritations, like: : in the elevator a paper is hanging, telling that the restaurant will be open at 20:00h, but it is only open at 20:30h. : The daily menu is shown near the reception, but one day I was told that only people who booked half board could get it. Some days before and after it was not a problem. : The thermostat valve in the shower is everyday back to 45 C (coming from 38C). If you don't pay attention you will burn yourself. : Room temperature set at 23C, while I left it at 17C.

It is a clean hotel, big rooms, good shower, very helpful staff, in particular in the restaurant.

A few times during the visit the airco of the room is without notice shifted to heating, but with the same setpoint 25C! Every time you have to return to the reception to ask to reverse this. In this time of the year airco is still very much needed with the sun shining on the windows. The entrance to the garage is cumbersome. The staff should advice you what the best way is to get in: pass the garage first, turn backwards to the right and then go strait into the garage on the left.

I loved the modern look of the rooms and hotels and the fact that there was a bar downstairs. The rooms and bathroom were spacious. The staff were friendly and kind.

The room was dusty. All of the furniture had a layer of dust on it. The shower light didn't work so I had to turn all of the other lights so that I wasn't showering in the dark. The shower didn't drain and pooled quickly around my feet and would leak towards the mirror in the hall.

Excellent location & very polite & cordially staff ; Definitely want to stay here again & again. Breakfast services are very good , Food is very good ! I love it. Centrally located , big shopping street is nearby .. Excellent ......
