Nautilus Lanzarote

Large, quiet pool with plenty of beds. Large apartments Helpful staff - great for help with taxis, car rental etc. Federica was brilliant. Short walk to commercial centre with restaurants, shops, and bars. Cycle route and path lead into Puerto del Carmen or you can get a 5 minute taxi in. 2 sunbeds at each apartment if you don't want to be by the pool.

€7 charge per day for air conditioning. Would rather this just be implemented into the charge on booking. The shop at the apartments is no longer open which is a shame.

Very friendly and helpful staff, nice grounds with interesting art all around. Nice clean and spacious rooms. Great internet with router in the room .

I liked everything but the only thing I could think of is you have to exit through the main foyer reception entrance every time, there's no gates to go out of the complex if you are far away the other end. But this honestly wasn't a big deal at all.

Enjoyed our stay from start to finish. Room was spotless clean, Beds were very comfortable even though thy were all single beds. Bathroom was fully wheelchair accessible which is very hard to find in Lanzarote. Staff were exceptional, nothing was a problem to them. Pool was a little cold but once in it was ok but for my daughter who has cerebral palsy she kept getting cramps in her legs because the water was so cold. The grounds are absolutely beautiful. Loved that there were sunbeds right outside our door and there was no scramble for sunbeds in the mornings. Very close to the local bars and all flat so we weren't struggling with hills with our disabled child. We will definitely stay here again if we travel to Lanzarote again.

This was a return visit to Nautilus with my daughter. Nautilus is simply a lovely relaxing place to stay. There is a lovely calm feeling as you walk around, noticing all the various art pieces and installations by various artists. The staff are friendly, everywhere spotlessly clean and in general there is a welcoming air in Nautilus. The location couldn't be more perfect, less than 10 minutes from the airport, so within minutes of arrival you are completely relaxed after your flight.

Amazing place to stay. Nicest staff ever who ensured that we had the best holiday for our wedding! Cannot recommend high enough.

Dining facilities. Breakfast was a complete disaster. We came down for breakfast well within the allotted times. Only to find no glasses, no plates, dirty cutlery, dirty cups. Only one member of staff seemed to be available, who was completely clueless about what he was doing. The food served was appallingly. Sausages were raw inside, hashbrown luke warm and a partially cooked fried egg. We raised the matter on checkout but were denied a refund. Very disappointed with this poor level of service. This incident marred our stay.

Been here a few times and will continue to visit. Location is excellent, the facilities are wonderful for everyone. The pool is fantastic and it's easy for taxis into PDC

Absolutely nothing. People were complaining there's no supermarket anymore but there's 1 less than 2 mins walk up the street so not a problem. People saying the pool was too cold....we loved it as it was 35 degrees so it was good for cooling off

Both the location and the hotel were superb. The place is decorated by the art students who actually live nearby and the whole place has a very interesting atmosphere. It looked very well maintained, clean and in great conditions.

The only thing I was surprised was that I arrived to the premises at night and the staff at the reception couldn't take my payment. The staff wasn't allowed to take a payment that late at night so they ask to do a copy of my credit card... I mean a copy... That is the most bizarre idea ever, not even the bank ask for the details of your bank card, it is a matter of security, I didn't feel comfortable leaving a copy of my bank card around so anybody could walk by and see it there... I don't think it is ok for anybody to keep a copy of your bank card details, it is a bit of a weird policy and I didn't like it at all, but there was nothing I could do because otherwise I wasn't allowed to check in even though the first night was already payed.

Due to a flight cancellation I booked a night at Nautilus as it is very close to the airport (5 min) and has an easy access to the beach and the promenade ( 1min walk through amazing art garden). I was really pleasantly surprised by the place! It's absolutely amazing - location is perfect, the accommodation is fantastic and very clean ( the 2 bedroom apartment cannot be faulted and I would strongly recommend ), there is art everywhere which makes it really special and different. Staff is super friendly, pool is brilliant. You have your own terrace with chairs and sun beds. It has air con and fantastic bathrooms. Everything is super clean. It is a real gem and I would definitely go back there again.
