BULL Vital Suites & Spa

The vibe is super chilled, very quiet, and you really detach from daily routine. It s not the newest hotel, however it s really well kept and clean. The food at the hotel restaurant by the pool is really good (did not expect that), and the prices very cheap (I live in London). Cleanings happen everyday until 3-4 pm, which means that you can sleep even until late, but your room will still be cleaned. All the staff is very nice, especially the ones by the pool and restaurant. Receptionists are ok. The view from the pool is amazing, overseeing the golf club and the dunes. The spa is also really good and clean, the staff down there is GREAT, and the massages are amazing and cheap.

The shower in our room was good but could be improved. Water pressure is great, but the shower head holder was broken and it did not stay up while showering. Could be be fixed easily. Changing the beach towels was not a smooth process. You need to pay 1 euro per towel and it s totally fine. However, you need to let them know one or two days in advance when you want to change them as they will not have them for you otherwise.

Fantastic location in a quiet area of the resort but walking distance to beach and bars. Really lovely hotel with views of golf course and sand dunes. Very peaceful. Staff make this hotel. Really friendly and nothing to much trouble, from reception, waiters and cleaners, they work very hard constantly cleaning and serving you. Definitely get 5 star treatment. Even the life guard was cleaning the pool area non stop. Lovely people. No loud music or entertainment at hotel. We went half board and had breakfast and dinner on the 5 nights. Lovely food and no negatives. Breakfast served 7.30 to 10.30. Lunch and snacks available from €10. Dinner served 6.30 to 9.30pm. Bar closed at 10.30pm. Great pool area. Lovely spa and indoor pool. We had room 405, overlooking the golf course. Could get a bit noisy at meal times but didn’t bother us. Room a good size and lovely patio area with sun loungers, table and two chairs. Taxis cheap in the resort. Visit the Maspalomas light house. Lovely area with designer shops and lovely restaurants. We walked but taxi only €6.

Water temperature in the shower bit temperamental.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly and the location was perfect. It was very close to the Maspalomas Dunes, Yumbo for nightlife, as well as many restaurants and supermarkets. The pool was lovely and never too busy and the spa was amazing; perfect way to start the day. My room was large and had a beautiful view from the balcony. It had all items I needed such as kettle, cups, glasses etc. The shower was nice and I enjoyed the fact the room had a TV in both the seating area and the bed room. I had a really relaxing stay and would 100% recommend the Vital Suites hotel. Perfect place to unwind and chill out.

Unfortunately, the only issue I had was with the temperature of the room. The air conditioning unit wasn't great and it took a very long time to cool the room. I didn't manage to sleep much on the first night due to how hot the room was. The staff were very helpful though and did change my room on the second day. However, the aircon in the alternative room broke completely within 10 mins of moving in! I must have just been unlucky! 🤣😅 The staff offered a third room but I declined and decided to just move back to the first room and rent a fan from a shop at the Yumbo centre. It really helped to move the air around and I was totally comfortable after that. That's the only issue I faced and I really didn't mind as the hotel was so lovely.

They view from our balcony was amazing. The cleanliness of the whole hotel was top notch and the breakfast was amazing. The location was great a few minutes walk to the Yumbo centre but you would need to get a taxi home from Playa De Ingles at night time. The spa area was an added bonus to the hotel. The gym although I didn't get to use it looked as though it had a lot of great equipment.

Just a bit expensive to use the spa everyday during your stay as one complimentary voucher is not enough if you are staying there for a week. Also it would have been nice if the bar at reception was open a night time for a night cap. More information on things to do and where the markets are would be helpful as we were sent to the wrong place for the market which is now opposite Mulligans Irish Pub in Playa Del Ingles.

Great hotel away from the busier part of Maspalomas bordering the golf course, grill station for breakfast and evening meal which is outside in a marque type building with heaters (no formal dining room). All the staff were great/helpful. Rooms are linked so you can hear people in the bathroom or watching tv. No cars or road noise (very quiet). Apart from that, we would go back and choose a different room style.

There were a lot of male couples staying at the hotel, our Spa experience was spoilt by a few who thought it OK to pet and sauna naked. The kitchenette was no more than a microwave in a cupboard with no crockery/cutlery. No mini bar, just a small refrigerator.

Excellent location of the hotel, good breakfast. Excellent and helpful staff is the main value that the new hotel managers received from the previous owner. Take care of all these staff!))) The reception staff of the spa and restaurant are beyond praise.

It is necessary to check and put in order the water drain system in the room - there was a strange smell from the sewage system, which greatly spoiled the impression of the room in which we lived for the third time in a row. The first two days of arrival in one of the pools was very warm water, perhaps it has water heating, but for the remaining 8 days of the holiday, the heating was turned off and it was no longer so comfortable. Now there are more families with children in this hotel, so for those who used to come here for solitude, it is worth choosing another accommodation option.

We booked this hotel on a whim (2 days before in fact). Unlike the surrounding resorts of Maspolomas and Meloneras, it was half the price and was on a smaller scale - something we wanted during covid times so it still had an atmosphere. We were so happy with our choice! The view is spectacular.... overlooking the dunes of Maspolomas as well as overlooking Meloneras - the perfect place for a drink overlooking the sunset. We had daily access to the spa which was fantastic - the facilities were fantastic - turkish bath, saunas, jacuzzis etc... all nicely laid out and spotless. We did not eat at the hotel however the Magaritas we had were great! and the staff could not do enough for you. The rooms do not give you the luxury feel but they are not basic either - perfect for a beach holiday. The location is great... a 15mins walk to the dunes, a 5mins taxi journey to Meloneras and if you wanted to, you could go to the Playa to Ingles strip which was 20mins walk (not for us personally). If you stay, do try the cafe Ricon on the corner.... some of the best value tapas and makes you feel like you're eating like a local. Also try Allende 22 and Mostivos.

The reception staff were brilliant,we had a little trouble with our first room and the lady on reception when we arrived the Friday 14th evening was amazing. So friendly and helpful. She changed our room and sorted out the very needed air con for us. The swimming pool area was lovely. The golf course view,over the dunes to the sea is fantastic.

There was quite a bit of damp in the first room,406 so that should be addressed as it smelt awful and is not good to breathe in.

The hotel has a nice, relaxing atmosphere and a great view over the valley below and the golf course. Very quiet room; no cars or road noise, excellent if you want to relax. I appreciated that the reception's staff gave me a quiet room, as I asked. 🙂 All staff was friendly, helpful and polite. We had dinner included, ang the chef noticed that I was carefull with lactose, and made lactose free soups for the next evenings. I wish to warmly thank him! 🙏💗

The pillows. Maybe one waiter from bar service, at dinners , was a little bit arrogant.

Nice and cozy hotel, located at a quiet street with exceptional views. It's not more than five minutes of walking to the main street where you have a wide choice of restaurants and all other things you might need or like. The hotel itself is just beutiful. The SPA is small but cozy, you have all you'd expect from a quiet and romantic SPA - it's a real SPA not a noisy waterpark nor just a jacuzzi with sauna. There are 3 outside pools at the beautiful pool area, one of them is heated, usable all year long. Breakfest is great and you can enjoy the exceptional views having breakfast. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I am sorry but there is nothing to dislike at this hotel, all is just perfect:)
