MLL Blue Bay

The location of the hotel is perfect: close to some local beaches, few night stores around, nice restaurants as well in the neighbourhood.

The rooms dont have a mini fridge for storing at least a bootle of water. The price was almost double than the previous year 🥹 You can hear almost every word from the people next door, so no soundproof for the rooms.

Decent priced upgrade for a room with a sea view and friendly staff

I wish there was a mini bar fridge or kettle in the room, would have been nice to make a coffee or tea in the room or have cold water. The water taps took a long time to come to temperature (e.g. cold tap usually ran hot for a good 2-3 minutes before getting cold)

Room and interaction: We traveled with our 2yo daughter. The hotel possitively answered our requrst for a cot. The cot was already set up in the room when we got there. The room was big enough for the three of us. Every two days the room was cleaned, sheets replaced, towels were also replaced. Overall the place is clean and maintained. Restaurant and bar: The breakfast gets as good as 3 stars could offer. Maybe better. Nothing to complain in the food area. The restaurant staff is really friendly. Kids chair is also available. There is a bar available in the lobby. Also, friendly staff. Location and view: We travel a lot by bus. Busses 46 and 47 (4, if you don't have a problem with stairs - relevant for parents with strollers) can get you in the mainn areas of the city. They arrive frequently. The hotel: Great hotel with amazing location. Sorry if i spoil it, but the pictures I'll upload will speak for themselves. The view is breathtaking and for us it was unique for every moment of the day, each day. The last day greeted us wity an amazing full moon.

The location and distance to Bars and Restaurants was absolutely perfect. Only a 5 minute walk to some great places and the beach was a further 2 or 3 minutes. Being situated high up the hotel also has some superb views if you are lucky enough to be staying on the higher floors which all have sea views. The pool area was absolutely charming and felt very authentic with some beautiful trees and gorgeous terracotta colours reminding you that you were definitely on holiday. I visited in September and this was a great time to go as things were generally much quieter. the hotel definitely has more of an "grown up" feel to it if you are someone who would like a more child free break. Also, the staff. They could not have been any more helpful even though my needs were quite simple. They always smiled or waved if you were entering or leaving the hotel and there was a very welcoming vibe to the entire experience. I hope to return to this lovely place again one day.

The beds were just a little hard in my opinion but this is a minor comment as everything else more than made up for it.

The view was great and good pool. The staff in the breakfast room were great.

The staff in the reception weren’t able to give good advices when asked, one of them was ALWAYS on the phone (didn’t even look when people entered or went out). In terms of location depends what you are looking for, but if it’s just to go to the same average sized beach everyday, this is good for you. 10km of the city center it’s a lot if you are looking to spend a lot of time there. The decoration of the room was tragic for a 3 star hotel with this price. Breakfast had a lot of variety but things weren’t cooked properly. Not good value for the money.

The room was big and I had a lovely view. I think I got an upgrade as originally it was supposed to be a single room with a mountain view so I was pleasantly suprised. The breakfast was decent and there were different options per day. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

The walls are a bit thin so you can hear people next to you and the music from the bar. It was a shame there was no mini fridge. The air conditioning is on one setting. It was not the hottest time of the year when I was there but I think if it was the summer this could be an issue.

The Hotel is near by the city and beach so you can reach everywhere by taking the bus or even walking. The staff was also very friendly and helpful asked if I needed a taxi to go to the airport etc. The room’s service cleaned the room everyday between 9-14pm and gave a little bit more time if needed in the room to get ready, they were very friendly as well and did a excellent job everyday. Breakfast was good and you get a sea view as well. Overall the staff were very friendly!

It has nothing to do with the hotel itself but it’s located a little bit uphills so be aware of the stairs you have to walk everyday 😅

I visited Mallorca for first time with my sister for our birthday. Fantastic hotel and staff. Room was shiny clean with an amazing view of the sea, ABSOLUTELY enjoyed watching sunset and sunrise. Bathroom was spotless. Breakfast was 10/10. Staff were so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Pool was so lovely, clean and nice. The Manager kindly helped us to book our tours around Mallorca (very lovely man). A big thank you to the lady in the bar called Katia for being so nice and friendly to me and sister, people like Katia will make this world a better place to live. We will definitely come back to Blue Bay hotel.

Nice pool with a pretty view and good conditions (it has a bar), nice balcony view (to the mountains) and near public transport stops and beautiful beaches, the staff was very nice

I almost lost my bus to the airport because no one was at the reception for checkout, I had to simply leave my bedroom key with no one's vigilance (safety issue) - it's far away from the city center but it has good transport public that leads you there, the bedroom was very small almost couldn't move there and there's no place to charge your phone near the bed, I paid a lot for what I got and I didn't appreciate the way they try to 'sell' additional services at the reception
