Grupotel Taurus Park

All staffs are friendly, speak different languages, communication no problem. Nice view of the beach. Pool and sauna are option for bad weather. Near to bus 23 and 25 to Palma, near to bus A2 to airport, even the taxi station direct in front of the hotel. Beach is not far away, just walk 10 minutes Supermarket and many shops to rent bike and cars are near. You can also rent bike and car in the hotel.

I have written several questions in Booking-Apps-Message before check in. But no answer or other feedback. The hotel should take care of this point to give the visitors better feeling before the journey.

We spent the first night of our trip here, loved the hotel, so rebooked it for the last night of our trip. It did not disappoint. Again, on arrival, the reception staff were great. Our room was comfortable and very clean. We had dinner, it was very good. So much choice, and the dining room staff were so friendly, and it was great value! We had a drink in the hotel bar, good atmosphere, there was live music playing. We had a late flight home, and we checked out of our room at mid day, but we were able to leave our luggage in a locked room until we left for the airport. Although we weren't keen on the seafront area, we would return to stay at this hotel, its very good.

Nothing to dislike about the hotel

Located about 15 minutes from Palma airport, €8 return on the bus, which stops outside the hotel and runs all day! Perfect! We'd booked for the 1st night of our trip, before we were moving further down the coast, but we enjoyed it so much we've already rebooked for the last night of our trip! Our room was large, clean, and comfortable, with a balcony and views over the swimming pool. The reception and dining staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast is excellent, so much choice, and all delicious. I'm vegetarian, my husband is not, there was so much for each of us to choose from! Looking forward to our return visit :)

If anything, no kettle in the room, however we had coffees from the bar which was very good

We have halfboard and the food was excellent and there were various choices of food every day. All hotel and our room was very clean. We have 9th floor room with a great sea view. There were 5 minutes walk from the hotel to the beach. Busstop to the center were just near the hotel. We have morning flight to the home and we were very happy that we got breakfast before leaving the hotel. We enjoyed very much our holiday in this hotel. Thanks to all the staff of the hotel.

Absolutely amazing! Everything was perfect. Very friendly staff, nice and very tasty breakfast! Clean and big rooms, with a nice view. Very close to the beach, free parking, wifi, minigolf, sauna, and swimming pool! We had everything that we expected - highly recommend it!

The swimming pool, sauna, and fitness were open only between 10:00 - 18:00. When we did a trip and wanted to rest or use the fitness afterward - it was closed. We haven't had a chance to use this service because of opening hours. I would be happy to go to pool/sauna even in the late evening (19:00+).

Really nice hotel, in a great location close to the beach and many restaurants. Very clean and up to date. We only had breakfast so I can't comment on the other meal times but breakfast was great- lots of options and all fresh. Staff were all extremely friendly, would definitely stay at this hotel again

Nothing really! Maybe could have been sign posted better about where the bar/restaurant/ pool was it was slightly confusing but still loved this hotel

Hotel was just great. Definitely take the breakfast and dinner included and it is really value for money and the food is just really good (though drinks are not included in the dinner and charged extra). You can also take safe for extra. But the hotel itself was very good, the stuff is super friendly, they gave me the room to the pool view as requested, there is entertainment in the evenings and it is just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The airport bus stop and bus to the city centre is just in front of the hotel. Wi-Fi works perfect. Definitely will come back here again.

If to be really picky, the floor in the inside pool area was slightly dirty. Otherwise the hotel is just very very good

This hotel is amazing especially if you get a sea view room. Free parking. Excelent and diverse buffet. Nice swimming pool. The beach is just 5 walk from the hotel. The staff from the Reception, Restaurant to Room Service are very lovely and friendly people (especially Mell). Everything was clean and we found that the room was spacious.

The mattresse in room 431 needs to be changed. Used and uncomfortable! ☹️

Nice staff, clean hotel and close to the beach. Buffet breakfast had a good selection and freshly made omelettes. Didn’t use either pool or gym as we preferred the walk down to the beach

Air con didn’t always work and only 1 English tv channel which was the news. Would’ve liked 1 English speaking entertainment/movie channel to watch in bed

We wanted a relaxing holiday where we wouldn’t have to walk far everyday to visit shops and restaurants, the hotel provided exactly that! It is also close to the airport which was ideal. Although we went late in the year and the hotel wasn’t busy the hotel staff were still very attentive and friendly and made great MOJITOS. The breakfast buffet had a good spread available and you will find something that everyone likes but I found some of the breakfast grilled meats to be hit or miss although I’m quiet accustomed to our own style here in Ireland 🇮🇪

Not much, there was a distinctly strong almost artificial perfume smell (not a bad smell) in the lobby and halls but I stopped noticing it after the first day. We shared a twin single room and the beds were as comfortable and clean as you could ask for but the bed frames itself felt a little wobbly, it would kind of jolt and slide around the floor if you moved on it or flipped over and it made a small bit of noise but only a minor concern.
