Boutique Hotel Petit Montisión

The location has been amazing, right in the heart of the Palma city center. A few minutes walk from everywhere, 6-7 minutes from the center, 5 minutes from the beach, and 7 minutes from the cathedral. We only had to take the bus from and to the airport. The room was clean and the staff was very friendly. I strongly recommend it.

Maybe it's something about all of Palma but the cost has been the only turn-off about the hotel. The price we paid for a 4-night stay was equal to the price of a 6-night stay in a luxurious 5-star seafront resort somewhere else (not Mallorca). We were charged for 3 EUR for a 750ml of "Tap" water. To me, that is insanely overpriced. Yet, we were still lucky and glad to find a last-minute spot in this hotel.

Everyone at the hotel was incredibly friendly. From the moment we checked into the moment we left the staff were attentive and helpful. The rooms were nice and modern and good value for money. The best thing, though is the location, you are right in the heart of Parma old town, and this hotel is a perfect place to set off from to explore the city.

There are two things that we found slightly odd. Firstly, we have booked a double room, but it was actually two single beds pushed together. Not particularly comfortable and not something that we were warned about when we made the booking or checked into the room. The second thing is we had to pay for an extra hour late checkout fee. Having stayed in hotels all round the world. This is the first time that I’ve seen a hotel charge you for wanting to have an extra hour to pack your things. Surprising and not a particularly fantastic way to have left the hotel.

The hotel was was in a good location and being new in excellent condition , very clean and all round pleasant especially the shower which having stayed in many hotels over the years was exceptional . Room was comfortable , breakfast was fine and we were made omelettes every morning . The staff were helpful and well presented .

The only negative which I couldn’t understand was the fact that for a 4 star boutique hotel the tea & coffee facilities were not replenished once used up - we were there for 4 days and were told on day 2 it would be 6 euros a day for a couple of coffee pods / tea bags etc if we wanted for the rest of our stay ! 4 star hotel at £180 a night , we shouldn’t even have to ask . Paid for a balcony room with city view but couldn’t sit out there / just stand and look at an old wall

We stayed at the Boutique Hotel over the weekend, absolutely outstanding little hotel with very welcoming, warm staff. Perfect location. Rooms were lovely. A special mention to Natalia who was the manager, such a credit to the hotel, friendly, attentive and even helped with a short notice surprise in the room for my birthday. Couldn’t recommend the hotel enough! Kind regards Amy & Jess

Nothing not to like!

Location of this hotel is perfect for exploring Palma. 10 minute walk to the cathedral and less for shops and cafes in the old part of Palma. We arrived very late at night and still received a warm welcome. Breakfast was limited for children but great omlettes on demand! The staff at the hotel were so helpful and arranged our transfer to collect our hire car making sure we had everything we needed for our onward journey. They stored our cases to allow us to explore baggage free.

There was a slight confusion over my booking as had booked 2 adjoining rooms for myself, husband and daughter. When we arrived they advised they were over booked so had put a camp bed in room - not ideal as rooms are not huge but worked perfectly well for one night. They also adjusted rpice accordingly. I think this is more an issue with booking.com as not really geared for family accomodation booking.

very chic and stylish room, well appointed with all that one should expect from a hotel of this class. I was grateful for one feature I am not used to needing in Mallorca that was the excellent hot air heating system- very effective. Also great lighting plus a sound system played via Bluetooth from your phone.

cold floors a feature of the inclement weather- slipper’s would be nice.

Location was excellent, staff extremely nice and helpful. Nice design upgrades to a very old building.

Breakfast was ok but no 'Full English' options. We thought the room was small, with only one bedside table. Some people may not like the glass-fronted wc closet or glass screened shower in the centre of the room! Aslso no milk available for coffee machine

The room was amazing. Very clean and luxurious. Friendly staf! The hotel is located in the centre of Mallorca and just 20 minutes from the airport.

There was a door between our room and and the room next to us, so it can be made into a double room. This was a bit noisy. This is not in every room!

The staff were so friendly and helpful! The location was perfect for a city break and the hotel itself was beautiful. We loved having breakfast in the restaurant, and drinks on the terrace/ rooftop. The dressing gowns in the room were a great bonus!

Good location, friendly staff, aesthetically very pleasing.

The room is small, and there is nowhere to hang up wet towels, etc. a couple of hooks would not be unwelcome.
