The place is exceptional, magnificent retreat resort with super friendly staff. Enjoy an afternoon drink at the beautiful pool with wihrlpool and view on the mountains and the ocean, and after that have super tasty dinner at the local veranda restaurant. Most valuable is here the staff - I haven't met so friendly and professional hotel staff for ages. Thank you!

The only thing I would improve is the quality of the bed - I always appreciate a good firm mattress providing sufficient support for quality sleep. This was unfortunatelly not the case and together with the mosquitoes in the room (no fan in the room either), the night was not so relaxing as it could be.

Friendly staff, awesome infinity pool. Comfy beds and the most amazing thing was... It was quiet and peaceful. The silence was loud so to say. Breakfast was good, dinner too (except for one evening where it was just meeew)

WIFI was non-existent. I run an online business and it was a painfully slow to even open emails. I guess most people come here to fully relax.

Excellent customer service, the staff is friendly and very helpful. They always find a way to make you smile. The hotel is secluded and perfect to relax. There are great facilities, gym, pool, giant chest and the food is delicious. Will go back and take full board. Worth it.

The hotel is designed to chill and thus if you need more active holidays, you ll need to organize those though the staff will help. No kettle in the bedroom.

We liked everything about the place. Amazing complex , relaxing garden with many lovely hidden spots , great swiming pool . Lovely restaurant , elegant were we had breakfast and dinner with hight quality food . The staff were very professional and friendly especially Nadia the hed of the restaurant who took great care of us .She did an excellent job , going beyond what is expected.

The location, the views, the staff, the ambience, the swimming pool & jacuzzi,, the yoga and the beautifully kept gardens. Food was lovely, nice variety and great breakfast omelette station! The shuttle bus service was good, giving us easy access to Maspalomas.

Could have done with better English T.V channels. Netflix or a similar streaming service would have been appreciated in the room.

One of the most amazing hotels have been in the canarians! Amazing spot and outstanding level of facilities, food and room. Should have stayed there longer...😋
