Location was excellent

Hot tub warm. damp smell in the area. Didn’t feel clean. Couple with us said food ok. Tiny ants in our bed and in our room

We were travelling as a group of five people and decided to take two rooms. Both rooms were as described, the bigger one even had a balcony. Clean and cozy, bathrooms had everything one might need. Location is amazing, 10 minutes from the Malagueta beach. Another super convenient thing is that you can pay at the property without having to pay in advance.

I lived in a room with two more people and had to sleep on a couch. It was arranged for this purpose as per my request, but for some reason I didn’t get a normal blanket but rather a rug wrapped in two sheets… if that makes sense 😁 Otherwise everything was good.

Lovely hotel with a great position 3 mins walk to beach/promenade and a short 10 min walk to the old town. Close to lots of bars and restaurants in the harbour which is a 5 min walk. It's a really good hotel for a visit to Malaga. It has the best of both worlds close to beach and main centre. It has a roof top terrace with sun loungers and a jacuzzi and spa and small gym. Breafast was lovely and serve til 11 which is nice when on holiday. Staff are friendly and helpful. There are 2 lifts and 12 floors and lifts are fast. We had a balcony looking out onto the bull ring which is the quiter side. You can hear traffic from the street but it doesn't interfere with sleep. It has a lovely bar downstairs for a drink if you dont fancy going too far and it also has a restaurant that we didn't try but is available if you want to eat in. The taxi rank is right outside the hotel and is 20 mins to airport cost approx 20 euros. I'd highly recommend it as the perfect stay in malaga.

I loved it so so much! I am so happy I chose this hotel! Rooms are so clean, nice and comfy! We had a balcony view to the bullring and Alcazaba y Gibralfaro. Bathroom was having big bottles of shower gel, body lotion, shampoo and soap. They change towels every day and put fresh role of toilet paper. Bed was comfy and really big, you have extra thicker sheet in case you are cold. Also you have coffee/tea maker. Closet big enough for 2 persons stuff. One of the biggest pros of this hotel is location; I think it is the best option of all cause it is 5 mins from Malagueta beach and 5-10 mins from old town. So you can walk eveeywhere. Also, 1 min away is a bus station, the bus line A that goes directly to airport is having it's last/first stop here, the ride to airport os 4 euro, it is a half hour ride. Next to the hotel you have also a taxi station. Breakfast buffet was amazing! Staff so nice! Love it and hope to come again! Definitely recommend to everyone.

We have stayed at the MS Maestranza before and I was delighted we had a chance to go back this month. The location of this hotel is perfect for exploring Malaga. It's just a stone's throw from the beach, while overlooking the port with the yachts and cruise-ships and markets, and an easy walk in to the heart of Malaga's historic town centre. The staff is always lovely, the rooms have fabulous views, it's smashing to sit in the rooftop jacuzzi looking down at the view, and the bed in our room was so comfortable. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel for a trip to Malaga city, and we are looking forward to returning again!

Incredible location - Walking distance to some top attractions in Malaga, including Gibralfaro Castle and old town. Not to mention you are literally RIGHT next the Plaza de Toros!! The room was clean, comfortable and well appointed with plenty of space and a nice shower. We had a lovely little balcony, and even with a MASSIVE concert taking place at the Plaza de Toros directly outside our window, the room was pretty much soundproof. The bed was comfortable, the staff was excellent, and I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Malaga. The property definitely exceeded our expectations.

My only complaint is that the Spa/Hot Tub is only open between 4:30-9 PM?! It would have been nice to have wider access to this amenity.

I chose this hotel first and foremost ofr the location as this is the part of Malga I like to stay in. The facilities were excellent (I just wish it had a pool rather than a jacuzzi, which was not working while I was there). My room felt a little basic but not in a bad way - it had everything I needed, just tnt really a designated area to put my suitcase. I was also overlooking an extremely busy road which didn't bother me but might some. The staff are beyind kind and helpful and this makes a difference. The beds are comfrtoable and the wifi throughout the hotel was superb, which is key for me to be able to work and undertae meetings without any inconveniences. Very clean!

The value for money seems reasonable in terms of price for a 4 star hotel however the prices fluctuated upwards the ngiht after Ieft and prevented me from deciding to stay on despite availability. The busy road may be offputting for some but there is anothe side of the hotel over a quieter road.

The hotel is highly recommended, unfortunately only Spanish and English are spoken. Rooms were very spacious and clean. We had the room on the 11th floor with a very nice view of Malaga harbour and Malaga city. The breakfast was sufficient with everything you could want.

On arrival by car there is no space in front of the entrance door to unload or load the suitcases (police came and we had to remove the car immediately). Not recommended for older people. The car park is unfortunately a few hundred metres away so you have to be a good walker.

Breakfast was excellent. Kettle in room blew fuse, all lights in room went out, don't know if it was dangerous but it was dealt with promptly. Cups were not properly washed and fridge was quite dirty. Female receptionist we dealt with when checking out was excellent, both very efficient and very friendly & helpful. Re Free Taxi to hotel offered by Booking.com - this was excellent. The Driver was so helpful, patient & friendly. We really appreciated him. We were unable to respond to your survey as it would not "send" back to you.

Older male receptionist we checked in with was okay but not particularly friendly or welcoming. The fridge being dirty was off-putting, as indeed was the kettle.

The location of the hotel is excellent for access to urban beaches. historical sites, galleries, museums and a short walk into more central shopping, eating areas Breakfast was a wide ranging buffet, we found staff at the hotel friendly and helpful.

The reception area is a little small particularly on occasion of a number of arrivals . we understand there are refurbishment plans to improve this
