Hotel Malaga Picasso

Beautiful gardens with lots of patio spaces for quiet sitting out. Very relaxing, staff very helpful.

It was further from Malaga than I thought. That was my fault for not doing a thorough investigation.

Exceptional hotel. Spacious, clean room with air con and beautiful terrace. Garden with pool, jacuzzi, lounge chairs was lovely. Hotel stuff was kind enough to let us use the hotel facilities when we arrived, few hours before check in, and on the day when we checked out, the flight was late at night, and we used the pool up until late evening. We were extremely happy with that and the niceness of all of the staff. The room was cleaned daily, Towels were changed daily too. The hotel is located 10 minutes drive from the airport. There is no direct bus but Uber was 15 euro one way, the way back was only 9 euro. There is bus number 5 few minutes walk from the hotel, that goes to city centre every half an hour and takes around half an hour to get to town. Hotel's neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful. The local beach is 15 minutes walk from the hotel. There are few restaurants, tapas bar and a grocery store nearby. I would definitely recommend the stay in this Hotel , not only for a short stay before a flight, but to relax in quiet lovely place, having the connection to the city centre too.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff. Lovely and great first impression of the hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, amazing swimming pool. Great value for money, and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was very well equipped and comfortable. Me and my wife were very pleased with our stay. I really hope to be back for a longer visit in future.

I really enjoyed everything. Nothing to complain about. Except that few clients reserved the swimming pool facing rooms along with the Sunlounger. And one of the clients literally asked us to leave since we were using them when they were not. This could be avoided easily in future.

We loved everything really. It's our third time staying here, and it's always top quality. The room is comfortable and you have everything you need, really clean, nice terrace in all rooms we stayed. Minibar with good prices. The garden all around is very green and well maintained, it's all very quiet and peaceful. The pool is great for a swim or relaxing. The personnel is very kind, helpful and flexible. There's also a terrace service, good service and prices, both on drinks and food. The neighbourhood is lovely, there are minimarkets and some restaurants close by, and the beach is a few minutes away. Overall a great experience and we can't wait to be back!

2nd time i've stayed here and again it didn't disappoint. Beautiful hotel, great rooms with some overlooking the pool area. Friendly staff, clean comfortable rooms, easy free on street parking, and just a 10 minute drive from the airport. The highlight of the Hotel for our group of four was the pool and jacuzzi. Relaxing in the day time and nice to sit outside for a few drinks late at night with soft lighting around the gardens and in the pool. Didn't try the breakfast but at £11 each it's not the worst price i've seen. Ideal for a last nights stay before a flight home, or as in our case a two night stay after landing in Malaga. We only had two nights because we were heading elsewhere. Highly recommended, and I hope to return one day.

There's nothing not to like. I could happily spend a week here. It was far better than most of the others we visited. Had 2 nights here, then 2 in Granada, Cordoba, Sevilla, and finally Ronda.

Lovely quiet relaxing hotel. Rooms were clean spaceous & comfortable. Loved coming out of my room straight to garden, pool etç.Staff were very helpful. I would highly recommend this wee gem of a place.

Although I enjoyed the quietness, there wasn't much to do in the area. There was only about 7 places to eat & drink. Which weren't always open. The hotel snacks were limited. Then they actually started charging 5 euro for about 6 cubes of ice. You could buy a bag from supermarket for €1.20.

I felt like I was in someone’s home. The hotel is a sprawling ranch style villa with 25 rooms. They surround a grassed area where sun beds are laid out in pairs of two surrounding a beautiful pool. Very homey. You are in a very residential neighborhood with a bodega and a few small casual restaurants in walking distance. Beach is a 5 min walk. We used BOLT to arrive at 3:45am and it took less than 10 min to get to the airport.

Pillows were terrible. No conditioner. No bathrobes.

we really enjoyed our stay at this lovely hotel, unfortunately only for one night. It is well located about 9 minutes drive from the airport but really totally ok since the area is upscale and quiet. There is a beach about 10 minutes walk away, it’s quite a nice stretch with a few seafood restaurants. Getting back to the hotel, our room faced the garden and pool area with a seating area right in front of the room. The garden is beautiful and very well kept with attention to detail. The staff are very attentive to the guests needs and very friendly. Unfortunately we had an early flight and could not have the breakfast, we would have loved to, the breakfast room looked inviting. There was a menu in the room for drinks and tapas, also served by the pool. Perfect tranquil stay for us before going back home.

Great location, only a short taxi ride from the airport. Loved the pool, excluded garden. The staff as always were very friendly. I've visited several times now and will definitely return. Only 10 minutes walk to the beach and about 15 minutes taxi to Malaga city centre.

We felt breakfast was quite expensive. We had it on one morning but it would have made our stay that little bit more expensive if we'd had to pay an extra 168 euros just for breakfast.

Receptionist was very welcoming when we arrived. Our room was clean and bright with coffee maker provided. A tea-making kit was available from reception, which was a bonus. Decent sized bath towels in the shower. Gardens very attractive and well-kept. Pool looked inviting although we didn't use it as we were only there for one night prior to flying home. Good breakfast choice.

Door to bathroom was difficult to open, as the floor had obviously been flooded by water from the bathroom but this was a minor problem.
