Preciados

The Hotel is well situated in the centre of the City so within walking distance of a lot of the Site Seeing Places, plus the Metro is only a short distance from the Hotel. We had a Room on the second floor with a balcony, so you could look onto the street outside. The Reception Staff were extremely helpful and a special mention for Ivan. The Breakfast was lovely with so many choices.

We stayed in 12 hotels during our trip and we feel we definitely crushed it with this one. Hotel is Beautiful and the restaurant is amazing. The Staff was super Helpful and very nice. The room was very confortable and spacious. But the best is the Location. Close enough to the busier streets, like the Gran Vía, but just tucked away perfectly so you feel cozier. The street in front of the hotel has great Restaurants, bars, shops and coffee shops and compared to the other streets is very safe and relaxed environment. It felt like you had to be staying there to pass by that street. Highly recommend staying here ! 20/10.

The location was perfect, near Grand Via, Plaza Mayor, Plaza del Sol, many restaurants, Metro, Madrid train station, and key venues. The hotel room was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable.We enjoyed complimentary water, beer, and soft drinks in our room. We ate breakfast in the Varela Bistro, where we enjoyed a delicious meal with a wide variety of buffet items. The staff were professional, friendly, and very helpful. I would highly recommend the Preciados Hotel.

We missed watching some English television in room TV. It was challenging to find a place to open a suitcase. There was only one bench and a snall open closet

First of all, the location is amazing we could not have been in a better location in my opinion, we really liked the area - it has so many great places to eat, and also it is walking distance from all the landmarks and places we wanted to visit. In addition the staff was super helpful!! Everything we needed they assisted us with it with a smile. Lastly the room was stylish and clean, there was a minibar full of stuff that we could use for free that was being refilled every day for free (we could not believe, we had to ask the reception staff twice if it is really free, never seen anything like it before). Overall really could not have been more happy with our stay here.

Everything was perfect

The hotel is a short walk from all the main attractions, museums etc. The room was spacious, well designed and comfortable, The breakfast, in the restaurant on the ground floor and provided a wide range of lovely food. In the evening the restaurant is open for full dinner options (with white table clothes etc) and also a bar area which served tapas. The restaurant was very popular with local folk (a very good sign) and was super friendly. Lovely atmosphere.

Incredible place, we stayed one night only but would have loved to stay longer. While it is centrally located the place is super quiet. Very comfortable bed, awesome rain shower. The hotel is totally renovated. The breakfast is exceptional, the waitress (did not catch her name) is a total sunshine and ultra professional. From checking-in (great staff) to checking-out, the experience was 100% positive. I have no pic of the bedroom but plenty of the incredible breakfast in the cafe below (by the way, they also do lunch and dinner).

Usually, there is always a little something. Here, I could not find any. This place is the best address to stay in Madrid, period.

Clean and modern with helpful staff and excellent location

If you arrive midday by taxi, the taxi cannot drive up to the front of the hotel. All tables and chairs are outside and that becomes a pedestrian thorough fair. But if you're leaving early are very late the taxi can get you

The location , and the waiters, especially Maximo, sooo helpful, the employees at the desk were your amenities in the room are very cheap, no Kleenex boxes, no conditioner, a mini bottle of shampoo, that is a disaster shampoo, I ask the front office for some klynex boxes to be at my room, but didn’t get any good but not friendly,

We stayed in a corner suite, which I would highly recommend! The view outside the main balcony was beautiful and the room had additional balconies! The room also had motorized black out shades, which was nice for a nap upon arrival after an overnight flight. The natural light from the windows was very nice and the room was laid out well with a sitting area between the bathroom and bedroom area. This really was a suite and we could have stayed there for a month! :) The check-in was quick and easy. The room was so clean and had new furnishings and linens. The bed was comfortable. I love having a robe and slippers and the hotel provided that. The bathroom was large and included a double sink and a large shower, toilet and bidet. I felt very taken care of in this room and not once did a hear a neighbor! The windows and walls blocked out all noise! Loved our stay. Amazing welcome to Madrid!

Nothing I didn't like!

Location is just perfect. Close to shops and restaurants. Rooms are super quiet. Over all the hotel is clean and staff is helpful.

When travelling by car it is pretty stressful to find a parking spot to complete a check-in. There are restaurants in front of the hotel and a lot of pedestrians around with almost no space to park. As per staff's advice I parked on the corner with emergency blinkers on. Then once checked-in there is someone from the hotel who parks your car in underground parking. It is almost like valet parking type of situation. Every time you need a car you need to ask at the reception desk to have someone bring it for you. On one hand - convenient, on the other - time consuming.
