Really convenient location. Couple of meters walk from the Sol metro station. Spacious and can accommodate upto 4 people, though you'd have to request your bed before hand. Has a small "bathtub" though it would be best only for kids.

Room: It doesn't really have windows, though it has a big glass panel that has some built in lights to mimic that window feel. There's no drainage on the bathroom floor, hence water take awhile to dry if it gets wet. Though they mention they clean the room, they don't necessarily wipe down most surfaces, hence the bedside table, bed headboard and undet the bed is really dusty. The aircond needs cleaning as it's all clogged up with dust, and it needs a refill of gas. Being near the train station is a blessing and a curse. Being able to hear the train at all hours due to the thin walls, takes a while to get use to it. Also walls are super thin, you could always hear the neighbors unlocking and closing the doors.

Perfect location, very friendly staff available 24h, room cleaned daily, there’s a lift in the building, the Wi-Fi was ok. The room was not very big but comfortable and there were a lot of sockets so the three of us could comfortably charge all our phones and other devices.

just a minor ‘complain’, it would be nice if there were a kettle in the room or at least in the reception. Not a big deal but a nice touch.

Location was central and close to Sol Metro station, walking distance to shops, restaurants, trains/buses, everything. Room was lovely, bright and welcoming. Beds were comfortable. Well set up with good lighting. Enough space for 4 adults and their luggage. Wi-fi was really good. Wall mounted TV present and worked well. Bathroom was modern but could use shelving or a cupboard for storage. Reception had friendly staff 24/7 who could speak/understand English and took care of room key, no need for us to carry. Buzzer at entrance to get in, felt safe and secure. Could borrow hair dryer overnight at no charge.

Had to go via reception every time coming/going and collect key to our room. Nowhere to hang towels in bathroom. Breakfast onsite would be a bonus if possible. We wanted to stay longer but had to continue with our holiday.

Location was excellent in one of the principal bar/restaurant areas, close to the Metro. Room was small but adequate and clean. The bathroom very clean and towels changed every day. All the staff were friendly and most helpful, giving extra assistance when needed. Hair dryer was supplied upon request. We felt very secure in a very crowded area of the city.

The bathroom had been recently refurbished, but had retained a minute bath and dated shower rather than installing a modern walk in shower.

The location couldn't be better, super close to Puerta del Sol. Nice and clean hotel, staff was very friendly and helpful. Very good shower, good pressure and temperature. Room was small but big enough for a solo traveler and for the price I paid.

- The wifi didn't reach to my room, which was at the end of the hallway. - no hot water or water heater to make tea - no hairdryer But again, for the price I paid I can't complain, only the lack of WiFi was annoying.

I was travelling alone, so the small room was actually ideal. I spent very little time in the room other than sleeping or freshening up. The location is just off Plaza del Sol and within walking distance to all the main sites, like the Royal Palace and the Prado Museum. The staff was excellent and very friendly. Very accommodating.

I cannot say anything bad about this facility.

The central location of the accommodation is excellent! Close to every small shop on the pedestrian area and near to the metro station. You can find very good, cozy restaurants just outside the hotel, and a few shopping mall. I could recommend this hostel to those who have not many time to spend in Madrid, but would like to feel its vibe.

We only spent a night here, but it was just perfect for our needs. The room is not large, the bathroom is tight, but for tourism, if you don't carry many luggage, is all you need. Definitely a place to return, because of the price-quality rate.

The location was great! It was right in the middle of a town square, there was many places you can go walking distance from the hotel, many places to eat and drink and have fun! Bed was comfy, we had all the amenities we needed.

It was weird having to give my key every time we left the hotel room. I guess it’s for safety purposes? Not that I didn’t like it was just weird. When going to the rooms feels like you’re walking around in a maze.

Reception is off a pedestrianised street 50 yards from Puerta del Sol with its Metro station. Security door with bell to get in. 24hr reception. Pleasant large reception area with pleasant helpful check in. Room large and bright and very clean. Bed a small double, but, clean and comfortable. Shower room a good size with big cubicle and powerful shower. Hot water, towels and free toiletries. Bright and clean. Good cupboard for clothes with a safe. Window into a large enclosed quadrangle; but, bright. Air con worked well. On the second floor of a municipal building, but, stairs and a lift. Very good. Well worth a visit.

WIFI didn’t work for me. The extractor fan was extremely noisy, but, stopped as soon as you turned the light off. The wall with next door is thin; you could hear them talking and dropping stuff. The toilet is ridiculous. So close to the wall you almost have to sit side saddle!

Very friendly staff. Great location. Great price. We had a plumbing problem but the staff were very attentive and got it fixed.

We would have liked a fridge and a kettle, but that’s not a huge issue. As mentioned earlier we had a plumbing problem with the toilet but the staff made sure it was fixed.
