Exceptional location in an authentic part of Madrid, away from all the tourists, yet still close enough to visit all the sites, very friendly reception, excellent breakfast, very comfortable room.

No air conditioner, window opened to back alley that smelled like fried grease and was loud, room cleaning lady was way too aggressive and kept moving all my belongings - so I opted to not have my room cleaned the last 3 days.

The hotel is very comfortable, the pictures that you can see on booking.com are accurate. Also, it is well located in Salamanca in a quiet area and there are a lot of bars and restaurants nearby. This hotel is not located in the city center, however the neighborhood Salamanca is an amazing area to stay in Madrid, and if you would like to go to the city center, a 25 min metro ride is enough. Regarding the above, Metro stations are 3-4 blocks away, so it is easy to access to public transportation. And regarding the staff of the hotel, they are nice and helpful.

Nothing to complain about

Great hotel, very much as described and seen on the photos. Convenient location in quiet neighbourhood, close proximity to metro stations, small supermarkets, bus station and airport bus 200. Friendly staff at the reception and bar. Clean and quiet. Air condition working and adjustable. I had a very pleasant stay, would recommend and rebook in the future.

Rather minor issue but perhaps worth mentioning: poor and dropping off wi-fi reception in the bedroom (the pink panther room on the 4th floor), best wi-fi access at the room’s hall/entrance area. This could be related to the room’s location and the hotel’s wi-fi signal range.

What a little gem near Avenida de America and Diego de Leon stations. I stayed here after a late flight arrival because it's easy to get to by metro from the airport (not far to walk from the stations) and then a do-able nice walk into the old centre (45 min). Small modern hotel at a great price compared to what other hotels cost this year. Clean room with a desk, hanging space, clean modern bathroom and cool decor. A cafe for breakfast is just around the corner near Avenida de America. I will keep this hotel in mind for future stays.

I cannot speak highly enough of Dormirdcine Hotel Madrid. The room was a masterpiece of design, offering a unique cinematic experience. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the staff's dedication to ensuring our comfort was evident at every turn. Their outstanding assistance in preparing a surprise for our anniversary added an extra touch of magic to our stay. With its perfect location and exceptional service, Dormirdcine Hotel is a true gem in the heart of Madrid. Everything was great - the staff, the room, location, breakfast. Good soundproof, the room is equipped with an airco.

One thing which came as a surprise - I could find only one electric socket in the room. The sockets where the TV and the fridge are connected, seem to be hidden behind decorative panels. Besides, while on the second floor the WiFi worked well, I heard from a colleague that the connection was quite weak on floor 4.

The staff are all very friendly. Esp the one who was on our check in. He can speak Filipino (since we are also) The location is perfect. 3 mins walk to bus station, 5 minutes to Metro. Can ride taxis directly outside. Room was clean and with artsy vibe. I liked all of it. Cozy bed, I slept early coz of that. With that price, it exceeded my expectations. Also has Bathtub. Another plus. 👏

We were a very last minute booking for a large group (due to other accommodation falling through at the last minute) and the staff were nothing but friendly and accommodating the entire time we stayed here, 24 hour service on the desk and the staff had a smile no matter the time of day, bar staff very friendly as well, rooms are very clean and exactly what you need to come back to after a long day in the hot city, very close to Metro station which can get you wherever you need to go, film themed drinks in the bar were very fun and delicious! definitely top of my recommendation list for places to stay in Madrid

The beds could’ve been slightly bigger, but this is my only issue with the hotel! Cannot comment on the food as we did not eat in

I liked the quirky movie themed rooms and the dining room, with a silent movie running during breakfast time was a brilliant touch. All of the staff were friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff who put up with us arriving without a reservation. Our room had everything we needed and a cool biker theme, perfect for my mid-life crisis husband

Perfect location, very close to central touristy area but quiet enough for a family/baby. Wonderful neighborhood with many great restaurants and takeout options. Safe and kids friendly. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds. The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating.
