Noisy fridge and Noise from nightclubs in street.

This was my first stay with Sonder and I was very satisfied. The apartment was very well located in Madrid, clean and well presented as pictured on the site. I was also very pleased with their customer service during our stay. For a contactless accommodation our small requests were facilitated Very quickly. Having a left luggage within the accommodation was also great having a later flight home! Great stay!!

Too much noise due to people partying all night. If you looking for a good night’s sleep. This is not the place to stay

It was super clean and fresh. We found coffee machine with good quality coffee for morning wake up. We really had a good sleep, because the bed is huge and curtains really didnt let light to come to the room. Location is perfect and we would recommend restaurant Casa Tony just under the corner!

Its winter time and marble floors are quite cold. Some inside slippers would help a lot! Like milk to go with a coffee and I wouldnt ask for more.

Central location, easy acces to property and room (code), walking distance to tourist attractions, metro stations around, clean and spacious room, well- equipped, hot water, walk in shower, working heating (Aircon). Quick and easy problem solving by staff.

Very noisy street until morning (6am) even weekdays. If you are sensitive to noise, book a room looking inner yard. No hook/shelf, something for clothes in the bathroom

Stayed 7 days. Super central, right where all the bars are. Their app covers all aspect of stay, including contacting them. I had one issue, and it was solved within an hour. Their cleaning staff are very friendly. The kitchen is over equipped, impressive. Great wifi. Heating is superb.

The property is located in perfect proximity to Gran Via, Retiro Park, Heritage Sites and many restaurants and cafes. The 1 bedroom apartment we had was clean, tidy and had all the amenities for a comfortable stay.

The only issue we had and albeit a major one was that the lift stopped working on our final day. Even though the issues was reported in the evening, we were told that staff were off for the day and the lift would only be looked at the next day. This meant that we had to carry the baby’s stroller up 5 floors and we also had to carry our large suitcases at 5.30am down 5 floors with no help. This was a stain on our stay and we would have expected a property of this nature to have a 24/7 breakdown service for safety reasons and not to expect guests to walk up and down 5 floors for over 12 hours.

Location couldn't be better for a city break.

A thumping nightclub underneath me so I had to buy earplugs.I'm 70 so room 103 was not the place for me especially Friday night.I didn't see any warning about that on the website.

The location was perfect the room was cosy. It had a vanity in the entrance that you could find anything extra that you might be needing. We usually run out of coffee but we managed to find the cleaning lady and ask for some. Also they answered every question we had and they reply very fast in the text messages.

We didnt have a cleaning lady though the days that we stayed there but that was okey if you need any clean towels or sheats you can send a message and they will provide you with some new just do it in the morning.
