The position was central to all the sights, cafes, bars and restaurants. Elisa looked after us so well, she’s friendly and helpful and gave us suggestions of where to eat. we were there 2 nights and we tried both her recommendations and each time the food was truly delicious. we were lucky to get an upgrade but the hotel has an outdoor roof terrace, a washing machine and dryer available. our room was lovely, comfortable bed, coffee machine.

The room and bathroom were very clean and the staff was amazing! I was sent a code to enter the building but the person in charge assisted me all the way to my bedroom. She left me a number where I could reach her at any time. I met with her shortly after that and she helped with parking too. I had a wonderful stay and was very pleased with the service.
I can't think of anything I didn't like. I had everything I needed. I didn't see a hair dryer in the room but I am sure they would have provided me with one should I have asked for it.

A wonderful, modern, soundproofed room, light blocking curtains, firm bed, good bathroom, very close to the heart of Lucena. Extremely nice receptionist, very kind to a dusty and tired pilgrim walking the Camino Mozárabe, not put off by her worn backpack!

Such a fabulous hotel. The staff here are so friendly and attentive. It was my birthday and the staff sent me a bottle of cava to my room as a present. We will definitely revisit here again.

This is a brand new hotel and the design and furnishings are excellent. The staff member we dealt with was very helpful and friendly and provided us with great support. The location is very central and close to the historical center of Lucena. Overall an excellent new hotel.

Elisa welcomed us extremely nicely and everything was perfect!! We were very happy that we could store our bicycles there as well. It was like coming home. She also provided tipps for all our needs. It was just wonderful.
