Location is good, close to bars and restaurants and beach (lots of steps or lift). Pool area and rooms very clean, cleaning staff are very good. Comfy beds, kitchen area was good for light meals (but no oven or microwave). All rooms have nice big balconies which get the sun all day. Close to main bus route for ease of transport. There were sufficient sun loungers but not all get sun.

The roof terrace and loungers look nice but on inspection need a deep clean. This area is also used for nude sunbathing which may bother some people. The walls and general sound insulation is poor so you can hear everything going on around you. The single beds cannot be pushed together to make a double because of a fixed table between them.

Absolutely amazing location just a few mins walk from Playa del Ingles! The complex only has 18 apartments which means it's quiet and the pool has very few ppl using it. The one bedroom apartment is extremely clean, well-equipped, spacious and homely. I loved sitting on the balcony which faces the pool, perfect view for enjoying your breakfast / lunch. There is a small Spar across the road and a medium-size Hiperdino 5mins walk away for groceries. The complimentary bottle of water waiting in the fridge was a lovely welcome. Overall, it was fantastic value for money compared to the neighbouring hotels/apartments which were a lot more expensive :-)

No microwave, no free internet and the TV is rather small for the lounge. However, it didn't make any difference to my stay and for the price I paid I have no complaints.

Excellent location, easy reach to beach [but involves steps] . Restaurants nearby as well as Spa shop . Good access to bus stops and more lively area of resort. Good secure apartment, lovely pool and access to roof for sunbathing too . All staff friendly and helpful

Slight road noise but not bad at all.

Everything was great. Location was prefect and the host was wonderful. The pool was lovely and the air con was great.

The bed wasn't great but we were given a mattress to put on top which made it softer.

It was nice and peaceful and the gentleman that runs the complex was extremely friendly on arrival and if you needed anything during your stay

Even though we sent email got no correspondence back about keys , on our arrival we had to collect keys up from hotel across road , we should have known this before our arrival

No Breakfast offered but very good location near the beach, and near restauarants and bars

Would have liked a bottle of water in the fridge on arrival as I arrived late evening
