Hotel Pujol

The room was very clean and the location is amazing. The staff on the reception were also very professional and spoke perfect english.

The space in the room and especially in the toilet is used badly - there is ample space, but the toilet feels claustrophobic. There could have been a small table on the balcony. Also, be warned that parking in the vicinity is very problematic, the garages charge up to 35 euros a day and on the street during work days you can't leave the car for more than 2 hours in the blue zone (mozs of the parking spots nearby), and the green spots are even worse, with the abilty to leave the car there for just one hour.

Perfect location. Very close to the beach. Very nice beach and promenade. Nice staff. Spacious room with a lot of daily light. At my request the guy from the reception desk showed me the room before I paid (they demand to pay in advance for the entire stay at check-in).

The shower handle in my room was very old and damaged (be careful when handling it, I hurt my hand) - it should be replaced. Very noisy room. No platform to enter the hotel with luggage, you have to carry your luggage up a few stairs (actually there is a platform, but it was not unfolded).

Staff were very welcoming and friendly both at reception and in the cafe bar. Room was spacious and bed comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location was great, about ten minutes walk from Santa Catalina Bus Station so arriving by bus from the airport was very easy and cheap. It was two minutes walk from las Canteras beach which we could see from our balcony and there were loads of bars and restaurants nearby. It was great value for the price.

Great hotel in a fantastic location, just a few steps away from Las Canteras beach with lots of bars and restaurants nearby. The airport bus took us to Santa Catalina bus station, which is about 10 minutes walk away. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. We had a clean, spacious room with a balcony and a small fridge. The room had no air conditioning but they provided us with a fan. Great value accommodation, we have stayed here twice and would definitely return.

Great location! Large spacious room with a balcony. You also have a small fridge in the room. Clean toilet, enough towels. The rooms are cleaned every day, you can get small packages of soap and shampoo if you need it.

The balcony on the upper floor was damaged and patched with some kind of sack. When it rains, water collects there and leaks on your balcony. It's not a big problem, but it looks a little ugly.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was better than I expected. The shower was powerful enough to blast sand off me. And the water was piping hot. The breakfast was inexpensive - in my case a superb coffee with a ham and cheese croissant. (Even cheaper than the local pavement restaurants offer.) The walk to the Las Canteras beach is about 70 metres. En route, you pass five restaurants and a small supermarket. The walk to the harbour is a five-minute stroll. This hotel is a perfect choice for anyone wanting a great place to sleep while enjoying what the rest of Las Palmas has to offer.

I keep asking myself what could have been better, but I haven't yet thought of anything.

Nice Hotel at a walking distance from the most beautiful beach in the city. The receptionist were all polite and always nice and welcoming, the check in and check out were smooth. My room was a double room on the 6th floor, the street is not that busy so it is quite and it was possible to sleep well. The room has all the basic things, a TV, toiletries, hairdryer and a huge wardrobe. I loved the positions since it is an area with a lot of nice restaurants and close to a big shopping center and cinema.

All the hotel staffs are so nice and helpful. I want to come back to this hotel again.

I needed a full-length mirror in a room. It's a pity that the next door guests came back to the hotel midnight everyday and were so noisy with no consideration for the neighbors that I could not sleep.

Good location, close to the beach and shops. Clean room and bath. Staff were responsive, helpful and accommodating.

We had a room with a fan and when we opened the windows for better ventilation, there was a slight smell from the outside. It didn't affect the whole room, just by the window.

Location is perfect, just around the corner from Las Canteras beach were you can find great places to eat and drink. 5 mns from Parque Santa Catalina where you can find the buses to the airport or to visit very pretty villages in the north of the island, there is also shops and restaurants. And 15 mns away from el Corte Inglés.
