Having to PAY to use a safe is utterly incomprehensible!! This is insanely poor service, especially as when we put a “do not disturb” note on the door, the cleaner came in anyway. Are you saying that if I didn’t pay to use a safe, I would be responsible for any losses eg if they were stolen? Having a safe doesn’t cost you any money and it leaves a bad taste to charge for it.

We had only one issue a lot of noise at night from the prominade outsider our building which would last till early hours of following morning. This was beyond the control of staff due to a lack of policing and general social disorder. The Las palmar authority needs to address this matter as it is wide spread throughout the resort. We had stayed there in April and there were no issues.

This is the fourth time I have spent my holiday at the apartementos, the rooms are fab, most have balconies overlooking the beach literally yards from the front door. Its on the promenade, filled with great restaurants, cafes and shops. The rooms are roomy, nice and spacious, well appointed with a little kitchen, a great bathroom with shower, and a table and chair for sitting inside and table and chairs to sit on the balconies. One does not need anything else. A fridge, cooker, microwave, manual coffee maker and kettle so I am completely independent and it saves lots of money on eating out. I should really keep this fabulous place secret... I am booked again soon.

Fantastic location right across from road from the beach and the great Boardwalk. Convenient for restaurants, supermarkets, bus station and shops. The apartment was spotless and was cleaned every day and staff always about to assist with any queries.

The balcony never got any sun but it would seem that a lot of the buildings in the area have the same issue so not a fault of that particular apartment block. There is a solarium on top floor but it has basic facilities and has limited space in the sun for clients. I know the sea is nearby but it is nice to sit in the sun on your own balcony so it's just a small personal preference.

What a great space for a studio apartment! Big, light and airy. Located with a beach and sea view at Las Cantaras, Las Palmas. Excellent kitchenette and bathroom. Fantastic staff especially Jose on reception who was so friendly and helpful! Cleaning lady also lovely and obviously does a good job as the place was immaculate. Very comfy beds!

It was a little noisy outside because this was a Saturday night. Not a problem for us as we slept in late.

The place is just 10 meters from the sand and sea! The apartment does not have common dinning room. However the very attentive receptionist provide me vouchers for breakfast for all days of my stay at very good Italian restaurant just next to the entrance of the apartments foie . View for the Las Conteras beach and Las Palmas is exceptional from the sea side apartment. My room was big with two balconies with chairs and table, perfect small kitchenette with fridge, microwave, stove and all small appliances. All stuff works fine.

The appartment was very large with not one but two balconys! I liked the fact that the kitchen was in a separated room with a door to close it. The room was very clean, and the staff very helpful. Large spaces, tables and furnitures inside and in the balcony, nice to enjo a lunch in front of the sea. Kitchen is well furnished with a microoven and a middle sized fridge good enough to keep your provision and a small freezer. Shower pression was pretty good too, and clean. The hotel is at the center of everything, just 10 steps from the beach and at the same time close to groceries stores.

The bed was inconfortable, very hard (but clean).The public place in front of the hotel is noisy until very late. The room smells a bit if you don't open the windows.

Location and very clean. Apartment had everything we needed.

Very noisy all night long. Difficult to sleep without ear plugs. People making noise til around 4:30-5:00 am.

only down fall drains very smelly but overcame that by buying a bottle of bleach and keeping plugs in
