Hotel Oroel

Extremely helpful gent at check in. Room large, spotless with sofa, desk very good tv. Well equipped bathroom with good shower. Secure parking for our motorcycle at extra cost. Perfect location for exploring Jaca. Good bar, we didnt eat in the restaurant or have breakfast. Very reasonable price for a Saturday night.

We found the mattresses very hard, personal taste, I know. Very noisy from adjacent rooms, voices and plumbing. Lots of squeaky doorsand ours wouldnt shut without a good push. Perhaps some door maintenance and oiling is overdue.

Very close to Jaca centre , but also very quiet .We appreciated the size of the room, the extra space for relaxing, fridge, also desk and plug for my laptop. Balcony. Actual bath sheets---big enough towels instead of the smaller bath towels!! Very well thought out to provide a comfortable stay.

Breakfast was good, but not quite as good as the actual accomodation, could have been more choice of fresh bread etc. Unable to access wifi on my laptop, although we were able to do so with our phone immediately We were travelling by road ,through France to Costa Blanca in Spain and so stayed in 12 places. We would rate Hotel Oroel as one of the best and certainly great value for money.

The beds were really comfortable and the room was large enough. There was a good choice at breakfast.

The door to the small balcony didn't close properly so there was a draft coming through all the time. We were surprised that the receptionist and serving staff could not understand or speak any (basic) English (only the cafe manager could). We tried our best with our Spanish and got by. A bottle of water would have been nice in the room. The cold tap water was warm so wasn't suitable to drink.

Large room with sofa and table as well as a balcony overlooking the pool. We enjoyed using this after a long drive and it had been remodelled since I made the booking - it is now circular. A short walk into town to the Ciudadela and cathedral. Parking is safe in the hotel's underground car park, which you do have to reserve before arrival. Once checked in, the lift takes you from the car park straight up to your room floor.

The room was spacious and comfortable. We even had a view of the pool from our balcony. Clean rooms and well organized with desk and sofa. Location was great for walking into town for dinner.

Only a few staff spoke second languages. Communication about how to arrange for hotel breakfast was a little confusing since it wasn’t in our room rate and we could only get explanations in Spanish which we don’t speak.

Regular stop off point for us as we travel across Spain from the ferry port of Santander to Barcelona. Lovely hotel in a pretty town. Quiet room (even on the road side) of the hotel with large rooms which include a sofa as well as big beds. Good value for money and plenty of bars/restaurants available if you don't want to use the hotel facilities. Garage parking available but a bit tight for us with a long car!

The room was a good size and great value for money. Location is excellent for accessing restaurants etc in the town. Good breakfast.

You need to confirm parking before you arrive. Even though there is a free car park nearby this was full when we arrived so we need to park on the street quite a way from the hotel.

A very nice hotel right downtown and just a short distance from the citadel. Check-in was very easy with the clerk speaking English. Parking is 9.50€ per day but it is quite useful as the parking is underneath the building so it is very convenient to ride the elevator to your room. There is really no street parking as it is downtown by popular restaurants. The room is very large and has a nice bathroom that is well stock. Both were very clean There is a restaurant on site and a pool. The internet is very fast and reliable. It was a very enjoyable stay.

Excellent location, close to all shops, eating areas, bars and short walks. The room was big, the bed was big and lots of sockets for charging and a balcony. Swimming pool, jacuzzi and the private area. Underground parking. Reception spoke good English.

My friends both got rooms facing the pool area, with lots of sunshine. My room was street facing with no sun. The staff at breakfast made all the party feel uncomfortable, like we were stealing food or trying not to pay for everyone.

Everything was fresh and plentiful. Within easy reach of old town of Jaca. Would have been nice to have an evening meal at hotel but for some reason dining room wasn't open. We were advised that there were plenty of restaurants arround the area.

What we expected apart from availability of dinner.
