Hotel Moya

I like the staff: very helpful and accommodating. The location: I'm torn between the busyness of the motorways and the splendid views from the restaurant's terase. The restaurant staff are very nice and although a little reluctant to speak in English, they make an effort to get my orders right. The food in the restaurant is very good!

Out of approximately 10 stays so far, twice I get 2 beds pushed together to 'fool' me into thinking that I get the Queen size that I have paid for. To be fair, last time I got a message explaining that due to availability I'm getting the dreaded two single beds (no price adjustment though, I still paid for a Queen size room?). The rooms could do with a choice of pillows: the ones that are provided are not the best for longer use. I'm a regular, but no one seems to care about this in Spain... From my personal experience and some wise men are saying that the most difficult thing in business is to attract and retain customers: regulars are/ or should be your base.

I was amazed with this hotel, wasn’t expecting such friendly staff, such a big bedroom and such nice surroundings. I had an amazing experience for the price value and I will return for sure! I’m really happy the hotel is also pet friendly, my dog was very happy :)

I would say would be a nice to have some dog bowls for the pet friendly bedrooms. Would have been a nice touch from you as I shared quite early in the booking I would be traveling with a pet, but nothing that would prevent me of staying in your hotel with my dog.

It was a good place for an overnight stop between the Santander ferry and the south east coast of Spain. Despite being very close to the A3 our room w as quiet (it was a Saturday night). Although there was no area of grass there was a large fenced car park away from the road that was safe for our dog. The adjacent restaurant was open 24 hours and served a good menu del dia (12€ including wine) in the evening.

Quite a dark and gloomy interior but the room was a reasonable size and perfectly warm and comfortable (on a very cold January night).

Clean, comfortable and conveniently located for an overnight stop during a long journey. Well priced and convenient parking.

Shower was complicated to use. The rooms were not soundproofed as advertised, we not realised that pets were allowed and unfortunately there was a barking dog in another room when we arrived.

We loved this place and it was a great stop-off location for a trip down to the Costa Blanca from Bilbao. We stopped at Burgos overnight on the first leg and the following night here so that we were only driving for about 3 hours at a time. We loved the ambiance and casualness of the hotel and the cafeteria. Food in the cafe was superb for what is seemingly a service station. We had paella and a bottle of their house wine both at an amazingly good price. Waiter couldn't have been more helpful despite our lack of Spanish. Altogether this was a great experience. We had a room with a terrace which was a nice touch too.....not a brilliant view over the petrol station but nice to sit outside and unwind from the journey. Another thing Iliked and not expected was toiletries in the room so you can travel light.

There is no lift, only one floor but that could be difficult for someone with mobility problems. Hotel is spotlessly clean but smell of 'shake and vac' or similar seems to encompass everywhere.....just that I don't really like that smell !

Great hotel in the way between Madrid and Valencia. I was traveling in an EV (electric vehicle, writing it out to help with searching) and this has 4 charging bays. The hotel looks a bit dated, but it's full of charm. Same with the restaurant. Excellent home-style food, lovely service.

The shower was a tad confusing to navigate, but it worked perfectly once I figured it out.

Good location just off the motorway. Nicely decorated hotel with friendly staff.

We travelled with a dog and whilst the hotel was dog friendly there was no were indoors to eat/drink with the dog plus there were no green areas around the hotel to walk the dog.

Very friendly staff, nice showers balcony to each room, near to motorway. Tapas & raciones fresh,plenty and at a good price.

Restaurant downstairs on a Saturday night a la carte only. Meat overcooked, hard hazelnuts in all dishes. Overly fussy & quite pricey for a Spanish roadside restaurant.

Right off the motorway. Beds really comfy . Staff very friendly and helpful. The chicken and lamb on the bbq was delicious. House salad was delicious too . Our second time staying there . Will definitely be back

Location very good. Driving from santander to Palomares (Almeria). This was 2/3 of journey. Spit trip into 3 x 3hour segments. Fist stop was Area Tudanca then Hoel Moya overnight. Reached our destination at 11.00 today.
