Excellent room with good size bed, air-conditioning, large bathroom with walk-in shower, good variety of food at breakfast, also dinner menu in cafe was great. Staff were very friendly and loved our pet cat who stayed in the room at no extra charge. Also parking next to the hotel was free of charge. Only downside was the location opposite the huge Mercedes factory and the building site next door so the exterior of hotel was not inviting but hotel interior is very stylish and spacious. Definitely recommend!

Location as it is not in central Vitória but this is an ideal stop-over for tired visitors travelling through Spain. We were comfortable enough in the hotel although the air-conditioning in the room took a while to kick in . We could easily have extended our stay to two nights to rest properly having travelled in a very hot car from the UK en route to Portugal!

Very good. Airy, clean room, well equipped, very good floor space for 2 plus doggy. Cheery welcome in the bar, bar food was tasty and good size. Located amongst working units so not great for walking dog but adequate. Will certainly stay en route again as great as an overnight stay.

Breakfast was a little light, we were'nt late down and it was a bit sparse. The tables were left used for quite a while, not cleaned quickly ready for the next person. One person seemed to be managing reception, clearing/replenishing tables/buffet so the above was understandable.

The breakfast was good. Cheese, meat, 4 types of cereales, yogurts, lots of milk & different types of coffees, maybe 5 types of bread. (Even though the hotel provide a napkin wrapped around the bread, clients still grabbed the French roll with their naked hands. Touching the next person helping? ). My Room - clean, modern. Even 1 English news channel for me. Restaurant was excellent. For nearly, the price of a salad, I got a giant bottle of water, a steak & potatoes, dessert, & the large tuna salad.

Not a great location for someone on foot like me. I think everyone else was driving. I used the bus & the desk did help me. Also, I asked for a quiet room. A lady next door was either making passionate love off & on for 2 hours, or.. she was being tortured. I hope the1st. 🙏

After a long car drive on a hot day we arrived at this quiet and perfectly located hotel just outside the busy city centre. Our room was great, very comfortable, well equipped, extremely clean and extremely spacious. The staff was nice and helpful, the fact that they have their own private parking (if you do not want to park just outside) is a great advantage. They also have a restaurant where you can have a drink or a meal. We were so tired that we chose to eat at the restaurant and the tapas and small portions we chose were good, a pleasant surprise. Breakfast is self-service, it was good and we were pleasantly surprised to find they also had 3 different types of homemade cake (we tried all and they were delicious!). Would return and recommend it!

Everything was great!

Surprisingly good hotel. Location is in industrial area and hotel is ideal for business traveller. Everywhere very clean, reception staff very helpful and pleasant. Room was basic but had all we needed, bed was large and comfortable and bathroom had good walk in shower. Breakfast was fine, good variety and nespresso coffee machine. No frills but well run hotel. Secure parking, locked overnight and no charge for this or for our dog either. Did not try restaurant so cannot comment there.

The hotel was clean and well designed with good sized rooms and excellent facilities. The staff were pleasant and efficient making it an enjoyable stay. The attached restaurant was good value and also had brilliant staff.

The setting of the hotel was in an industrial area and overlooked an empty building lot. This is not a hotel for people wanting a view but was an excellent place for travellers passing through.. Luckily we did not pre-order breakfast as the breakfast offering was limited and poor in comparison to other similar hotels.

Very pleasant staff. Very nice hotel. Very clean and comfortable. Good value. No problem having my small dog there. No charge for the dog. Nice breakfast. It is situated a few minutes drive from the town but that suited us as area Very quiet at night. Free parking outside hotel off street or secure parking in underground for 6e per night.

We were travelling from Italy to Portugal and needed somewhere to catch some sleep along the way. We arrived late at night due to delays on the road but the hotel were prepared and we checked in late at 0300hrs. We had our dogs with us and we were all made welcome. Very comfortable bed and breakfast was perfect.

The hotel was easy to find, car parking was excellent (I used the underground car park) the staff were excellent and the Hotel catered for our pets without any fuss, unlike some other hotels we have used in the past.

There wasn't any coffee/tea making facility in the room.

Everything was great, I love how spacious this hotel is and how nice the staff is. Also being pet-friendly is definitely a huge plus, it was the second time that I stayed there with my dog and it was perfect.

The breakfast is the only disadvantage of this place.
