Higuerón Hotel Curio Collection by Hilton

The hotel was great, really big with lots of facilities and food options. Breakfast had a great variety and prosecco. They upgraded our room for our anniversary and gifted us a bottle of cava. There was lots of interesting art to see as well.

There were quite a few extras given the price of the hotel. You had to reserve pay for sun beds at the infinity pool. They were 150 euros for the day which was unexpected. You also had to book to use the spa pool in advance and pay 35 euros to use the parts with jets. There was another pool where things were included this was just a surprise as the pictures suggest you have a choice of pools. It was also quite confusing figuring out where everything was.

location & Pool as used before

corporate event was going on and I had restricted use of the facilities and the callable of people staying was not good as I had the listen to bad language and room noise of other guests party’s in rooms and my balcony was full of cigarette butts and ash every morning from the balcony above

The hotel is beautiful, the staff are so polite , the food was lovley , we chilled around the pool downstairs alot there was a staff member italio I think his name was , he was so lovley I hope he's recognised for his helpfulness and polite manner.

The fact charges was ontop to use other facilities , I believe when you stay at a hotel all services & pools should be inclusive the extra should be food & drink and such things as spa treatments but access to all facilities should be free I'm mainly talking about the infinity pool and beach club there should be no extra charge if you are staying at the hotel.

This is an ultra modern and quite quirky hotel. It is set on several levels so finding our way around was quite difficult. We had half board. Breakfast was excellent as was dinner. There is an attractive outdoor pool with a lovely landscaped sunbathing terrace with ample balinese beds.

Our room was well equipped but a bit strange in that there were lots of different angles which we found a bit disorientating. We did struggle to find our way around and a map or plan would have been helpful. There is a rooftop infinity pool which looks lovely but you have to purchase food to use it.

I liked the overall well mainained facility, the many pool areas, the sports club and the breakfast and amazing breakfast area on the roof top. The room were very confortable, well looked after and generally very nice.

I got a room with a front door with a quite notable dent. Of course it did not affect the staying in the room, but I felt a bit like a second class guest. Wha having that room when so many empty? What else have they provided me thats not "their best". Pretty sneaky of the management I think, is it because I booked through you instead of direct at the hotel. I also got a strange feeling infact most of the staff were uncomfortable and stressed.

- We were given a free upgrade to the suite room which was fantastic, alongside some other nice perks including a spa visit. Roman and the other staff were excellent at making the experience feel truly special. - The 2 pools were great and had plenty of comfortable and stylish loungers around them. - The hotel was not overbooked meaning it was peaceful and felt exclusive. - The hotel decor was very stylish and modern, it was a unique experience. - The room was very well equipped, great shower, mirror lighting, bathtub, great view as the hotel is on higher ground. - The breakfast was phenomenal, we had the infinity pool breakfast and it was the best we’d ever had in a hotel.

- The infinity pool comes at an additional €120 euros, 60 of which becomes bar tab. We understand it’s a 5 star hotel and that parts of it are exclusive, but we didn’t know this booking in and it did come as a disappointment to us to find this out. That said the other 2 pools were more than nice enough for our needs.

❤Well the first thing that wowed us was the main entrance, the way they have chosen to style it is amazing and the big surprise we received was out of this world when they told us we had been upgraded to be their vip guests, which meant our room was upgraded to a suite which included a bottle of cava with macaroons gin and tonic a full mini bar and much more we also had been given a day pass to the spa free of charge and breakfast by the infinity pool. wall arts out of this world. comfy lounge full of all amenities needed. friendly educated staff all around. The spa was amazing my fave to this day The pool had a nice temperature Everything was nice and clean very good music all around Rooftop pool amazing and absolutely loved to have our breakfast and lunch there. Our room was out of this world, big, clean, loads of outdoor light which we like , the balcony was spacious and we had brilliant views. loved the idea of having a bath and shower as i like showers and my husband baths jeje. very big and lovely and comfy bed mini bar full of all sorts. ironing board slippers comb, soaps of rituals and much more❤

I cant say i didn't like anything. we absolutely loved everything the word for it would be PERFECTION in all areas. we loved everything. we will be going again and make it our

Me and my husband stayed there for our honeymoon and we were greeted with gifts and surprises from the staff. We received complimentary use of the spa with massages and champagne. To top it off before we left they gave us another bottle of champagne in the room. It was really truly special!! We love playing padel tennis so this hotel is a perfect spot for couples looking to play regularly:)

It was a bit far away from town, you really need a car to be flexible. But they do offer tram rides to town for free.

Beautiful hotel, fantastic staff, great food and amazing facilities. Upon our arrive, we were chosen as a VIP of the day because we booked through booking.com. Our room was upgraded a leiro suite, we recieved a complimentary bottel of champaigne, and gin and tonic, access to the infity pool for the day, a complementry spa curcuit, 15 % of spa treatment and next days breakfast at the infinity pool. The spa treatments (we had a massage and a facial) were absolutely amazing. We could not recommend it more!! 😊 Thanks to all the staff, specially Samantha☀️
