Ibis Styles Figueres Ronda

Great location on the edge of town. About a 20 minute walk into the Old Town.Bedroom a good size and very clean. Giant size modern TV on wall. Ample parking in front or to the side through a barrier. Only parking in the garage is chargeable. Staff very friendly and helpful. The bath plug stopped working and within a minute of reporting it a man was at our door and replaced the faulty part. Balcony windows double-glazed so no noise from the road.

Access/signage to enter the front of the hotel by car could be better. Driving from the north down the dual-carriageway the hotel is easy to miss. Access is off a roundabout, sharp right doubling back into their car parking area.

We have stayed here once before and like it so we stayed again! One reason is because it’s one of few pet friendly hotels, but also because it’s a nice stay here. Great location with 10-15 minuters walk to city centre, clean, nice interior and friendly staff. The breakfast is ok, its fresh and you get what you need but the extras are missing. I would have liked some fruits/ berries and vegetables ( which there was none) and the coffe could definetely have tasted better.

The ac was not working - but the hotel compensated with free breakfast which was very appreciated.

Location was good and breakfast was OK, Rooms are very clean. There is a difference between the different people that are in the reception. Some of them are extremely nice like the girl who was during the checkin time, and some of them will not even look at you when you pass by. For me, the big dissapoitment of the place was the toilet door, that was completely transparent, and without a lock. You can imagine how much it can be emberessing for 3 teenagers in the same room. The reception girl was very suprised that i am bringing it up, and told us that she will send someone to put some cover (she didnt send at the end) and that the kids should know not to stand next to that door when there is someone inside

· The doors of the toilets should not be transparent and should have locks (I noticed that locks are missing in a lot of hotel rooms in spain)

We hoped to check in early to get ready for a wedding, and friendly reception staff were keen to help and assisted in getting our room ready for us 2 hrs early. Reception staff were also always on hand to book us taxis and give us advice, always with a smile. The hotel itself is clean and modern, with a good cafe and nicely decorated, spacious rooms. Ours also had the bonus of a large balcony which was a nice surprise. It's also well located, 10 minutes from Figueres Vilafante Station. Perfect for a short stay in the area and incredible value for money. Thank you!

The hotel team is very friendly and efficient. Both Gema and Yolanda at the Front Desk were excellent. We met the manager/owner who was also very friendly and welcoming. Parking was very important for us and the hotel has a good space for the visitors. Breakfast was quite complete, with a good variety of food and fresh croissants. We had drinks at the bar one night and it was a nice experience. Location is handy to discover the city, ten minutes walking and you are at Las Ramblas and five minutes more at the Museo Dali.

This is a dog friendly hotel with spacious rooms, and even a balcony!. The room and the bathroom were clean, the bed was very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful Breakfast was also good for an affordable price

We stayed during a hot summer day and the air conditioned was not working in the room. I reported it several times, but there was no reaction from the staff, nobody was sent to repair it.

The room was clean and comfortable. The bathroom facilities were very good. Excellent breakfast, good value for money. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

Meal Tuesday 5 April My paella was obviously reheated. It was not enjoyable. The tarte tatin was soggy, again obviously microwaved. The room was too hot during the night. We couldn't get the clim reversible to blow cold, so had to have the sliding door open in order to get cool air, thus rendering it a very noisy night, from the traffic.

Receptionist was extremley nice and helpful. Bedroom was large and beds were comfortable.

I would have liked more snack choice in the restaurant menu. The bathroom door was noisy.

Top class accommodation. Clean, comfortable rooms. Modern bathroom, spotless linen. First class multi-lingual, professional and smiling staff. Restaurant and bar excellent. Pricing reasonable for the quality.

Only slight problem for us - we assume because of our 'standard' room tariff, our bathroom goblet was paper. Unexpected at Ibis Styles level. To be honest - disappointing.

Zadia was so helpful. She and the owner of the hotel helped us find secure parking for our camper while we did a bike tour. Everything worked out perfectly. I can’t thank them enough. The hotel is fantastic. The rooms and clean and comfortable. The restaurant and bar are wonderful. We didn’t want to eat or drink anywhere else. We will stay here again as soon as we come back. We loved everything about this hotel.
