Great location and exceeded our expectations for the price. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, nice pool, and cleaning service everyday. The breakfast is good as well. It’s walking distance from the beach and town, but we had a motorbike to see more.

The only recommendation we have is smart TVs with Netflix

Excellent breakfast, very friendly staff, really nice kids club staff who made the children feel at ease (our children loved the club and staff who ran it), great pool and good location (although Cala Galdana beach was very disappointing this year because of the incredibly dirty water, so much litter in the sea, and extensive algae). There is a good mix of nationalities and the hotel never seems overly busy. The restaurant area has been refurbished and looks really nice.

Room 101 was very disappointing - it's on the ground floor and near the pool which is good but is directly on a walkway so people often walk past the terrace area / windows, it gets little sun, has no view and you can hear delivery vehicles very early in the morning. The day time kids club could have been better advertised or have more activities to appeal to a wider age range, last year they seemed to have more children (although maybe there just weren't as many children who wanted to go this year / we picked a quiet week as there were a couple more on our last day). Dinner really isn't great so we ate out every night (there are some great nearby restaurants).

Amazing choice of food, food was very tasty and very well prepared. Plenty of fruit and vegetables, pastries, meats…. Choice of different milks. Amazing and attentive staff, happy to help with anything we asked them.

For both breakfast and dinner - labelling of food. For people with food allergies, intolerances and dietary preferences it would have been much easier if next to the name of the dish, they had written what it contained, so that we didn’t have to ask the staff. I’m dairy intolerant and my friend is vegetarian, it was not clear from just the name of the fish what it contained.

Located at the top of Cala Galdana, this smallish resort had plenty for the kids while also being close enough to walk to the town beach or along to the next Cala along the coast. The 2 bed apartment was fine for 2 adults and 2 children, with nice views of and easy access to the pool. Kids mini disco was a huge hit, and the buffet breakfast was good if quite busy. There is noise into the evening if near the pool / bar area but not an issue for us. Staff were great.

Very little - except that pool towels ran out early on a couple of days, and some noise to around 11pm.

This hotel is lovely. We only stayed for 2 nights but we were very happy with it. Free parking in the hotel car park or plenty of street parking available if needed. The room was spacious and had everything you need. A kettle was available if you ask for one at reception. I found all the staff to be so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great with lots of options. It is also very close to the beach! Communication was fantastic. I was contacted by the hotel before my stay to discuss my arrival time and if I had any additional requirements or questions. Highly recommend staying here

Enjoyed our stay and would stay again. Hotel is best in the breakfast/dining/communal area, which is nicely done out. Staff are very, very lovely - top quality hosting! Breakfast was calm and very enjoyable/good quality. We stayed in a 2 bed apartment for a week in May when it was not so hot. Apartment clean and roomy. Didn't use pool as was too cold that time of year plus we had poor weather unexpectedly.

Might the hill up from the beach put some off? Dunno. We didn't mind, and expected it, even when pushing a toddler in a push chair!

The location is PERFECT. You have 4 stunning beaches (Cala Galdana, Cala Mitjana, Cala Macarella and Cala Macarelleta) within walking distance from the hotel. No need for taxis. The closest beach is 10 min walk and the furthest one is 40 min walk. The breakfast is buffet and it offers variety. It is nothing special but it is good enough. The fruit is really nice and the quality is very good vs UK quality of food. The room is very big. You don't just have a room, but you also have a living room, a toilet and a terrace!

The apartments were not cleaned very well. The bed was not the most comfortable and it did not have a duvet (late September)

The facility is bright, clean, and a great size for a family. We were in close proximity (walking distance) to the beach, restaurants, hiking, and other activities. It's a great location and well worth the price.

No laundry service. We had been traveling for 2 weeks and needed to wash our clothes, and there is no service at the hotel or anywhere in Cala Galdana. Be aware that the hotel is at the top of a steep hill; this was fine with us but young kids or people who aren't ready for the hike may be disappointed. We were also surprised the hotel had no beach towels or chairs to borrow or rent (especially because I'm sure a lot gets left behind). I wish the hotel offered more of that kind of amenity.

We loved our stay here, the room was clean and spacious and the bed was huge. Facilities in the hotel were lovely and staff always very friendly and helpful. Saw lots of comments about the hill up to the hotel from the beach but we did not find this an issue at all, around 10 minutes to the beach front. The breakfast was amazing and so much choice of food

Couldn’t fault it!

Great location. Buildings recently refurbished so pristine especially the reception and dining room! Quality of food was great. So glad we did the half board option.

Didn’t mention the steep hill from the beach. Was not a problem for us but could be for people with medical conditions . Perhaps you do mention it in your description? VERY uncomfortable Sun loungers!! Need replacing!!
