Hotel Las Arenas

Not only was the staff so sweet but the hotel was beautiful and extremely clean! The staff truly worked hard all day to keep the hotel spotless. We upgraded our room for the beach front view and we do not regret it! We enjoyed our mornings and evenings sitting on the patio soaking in the beauty of the water. Our favorite part was definitely the rooftop bar/pool. We went up there everyday in the late afternoon to enjoy some drinks and look at the water. So beautiful! Again, I highly recommend this hotel and we felt the price was very fair for all that we had for 4 nights.

My only complaints are minor. The bed was very hard and the breakfast was a little frustrating. They have plenty of options for breakfast which was amazing but they only had about 3 people for serving for a lot of guests so it took awhile to get our food. Not only that but it was buffet style and we couldn’t serve ourselves. I’m assuming this is due to COVID but it took a lot longer to get our food than what it should have.

Our room was too small and had a sink in the bedroom which was off putting, when checking the size of room it was one on the smallest they have. I think the Other nationals staying here are treated with more respect than the UK visitors.

We had a junior suit with sea view. The view from the room over the entire bay is wonderful. We were satisfied with the cleanliness, breakfast and room facilities.

Although we booked the room with the most beautiful and wide view of the bay, upon arrival we received a room with a side view of the sea, the weakest in this category (the farthest from the sea with views towards the neighboring buildings). I immediately informed the reception, but they did not have to offer us what we reserved. Only next day the manager of the reception was kind and offered us the room we had reserved.

My recent stay at this 4-star hotel was truly exceptional. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the impeccable room, which boasted an amazing view. The attention to detail in the room's design and amenities was impressive. The staff's attentiveness and friendliness added a personal touch that made me feel valued as a guest. Throughout my stay, I enjoyed the convenience of various facilities and services that the hotel offered. The dining experience was delightful, with a diverse menu of delicious dishes. The hotel's location was also advantageous, allowing for easy exploration of the surrounding area. Overall, my experience at this 4-star hotel exceeded my expectations in every aspect. With its impeccable rooms, stunning views, and attentive staff, I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a luxurious and memorable getaway.

This hotel was fabulous, right beside the beach and we had a beautiful sea view. The rooftop pool area was amazing and the food at pool bar was 10/10 proper good food! The rooms were so clean although it’s just a pity the room I stayed in wasn’t a little bigger. I did see into some other rooms when cleaners were in and they looked much bigger. The beds were really comfortable and the shower was excellent. Good I’m the restaurant was good also much better than most all inclusive places I’ve stayed.

The ambience and style, the staff were friendly and it was near the beach and close to Palma city , we took the bikes to the city and only took us about 30 mins.

The location was everything. The staff were amazing and super kind and helpful. The beach access and pools were awesome. The restaurant attached (Blue Dune) was delicious and reasonably priced.

The pools and the rooms were smaller than I anticipated or looked in the pictures. The room especially was the smallest room I’ve ever stayed in and I was surprised to see a twin bed. It was ok for me bc I’m small but a solo traveler that’s even just a little bigger than me would find the rooms too small. I kept hitting my elbows on the walls especially in the bathroom.

Hotel has recently been renovated and modernised, the decor was lovely and everywhere was spotlessly clean and fresh. We had a corner room so had a bit of extra space compared to other rooms and a bonus that we had a partial sea/beach view. But excellent value for money, it was a really relaxed vibe with not many children, so totally relaxing. Breakfast was really nice, never too crowded and plenty of options. Check in was smooth and staff were all friendly.

Could have done with some more sunbeds on the rooftop, unfortunately there was day beds that were expensive to hire for the day taking up most of the room. Also wish the pool was open a bit later in the evening after a long day at the beach or exploring.

Everything was just perfect!! Extremely friendly staff, comfortable sleep, best breakfast!! The bar down and the terrace on top of the Hotel 7 floor were just wow. Anna did our check-in in a very Professional and friendly way! If you can see this message, thank you so much. We will definitely come again to stay much more longer.

The location of the hotel is amazing, beach front and in proximity of supermarket, souvenir shops , restaurant, bar. Room very clean with an amazing view. Rooftop pool/ bar worth to visit and really good breakfast With a lot of choices.

No iron board in the room, and one night coming back in the room ( we were at the 6th floor) we realised that there was a heavy water leaking on the hallway roof from the pool upstairs, we went at the reception to advice what was happening and the night receptionist just stormed off at us basically, invited us to mind our business. This is more about the single individual than the hotel I want to clarify; the rest of the staff was lovely and they fixed the problem the morning after.

The hotel is very stylish and modern having been renovated recently. Great location, with many bars and restaurants nearby. Our room had a balcony and fabulous view over the bay, comfy bed and nicely designed clean bathroom. Breakfast was excellent and plentiful despite the hotel being busy. Fully served buffet behind screens due to Covid. The small roof top pool and terrace were wonderful for a sunset apero! You don't need a car there as buses to Palma are easy and regular.

The breakfast was very early, which was a shame, until we realised there were two sittings and we were given the early one. It would have been nice to have been offered a choice of time. You had to go to reception for pool towels which is a long way back down... The pool opening times were a little unclear - the lower pool did not open until breakfast was over, and the top pool closed at 7pm although the bar stayed open later. Staff were very good however, and managed to gently request over-stayers get out!
