Staff were friendly, room was clean and a great location

Really wouldn't rate the breakfast, would definitely suggest getting it in a cafe nearby instead. The upstairs pool was very small and crowded that there was no space at the edge to stand nor could we swim. The other pool on the first floor was fully in the shade

This is a great hotel, cean, beautifully put together, comfy (firm) beds and good quality linen and towels. Really lovely views and a perfect place to stay.

More english breakfast tea bags and another hot water machine at breakfast, but that's just because we're British and can't get enough tea!

We felt nickel and dimed for things that should have been included for $120 night. 7euros for 10 Kreuig coffee capsules, no sugar packets if we did buy coffee or tea. 15euros each for pool towels that you had to buy, 7euros per person per day for fresh towels in the room. 2 Hard single beds pushed together. Breakfast buffet had great selection however hot items were cold and overcooked meats. We left behind an important expensive item but hotel could not find in room 2 hours after we checked out despite the cleaning person cleaning the room at the time I called. Disappointing

Excellent location. Right on the sea front with lots of restaurants and shops. Also an easy walk into the Old Town. We had a sea view room ,right on the sea with lovely views. Lovely comfortable room. Everything was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't use the restaurant so cannot comment, but the roof top bar was great.

The small roof top pool was nice, but would have liked some sun shades with the sun beds. There is a shaded area by the bar, and the views were amazing.

Great location. We had paid for a room with a sea view. Just as well we did, as I don't think some of the other rooms had much of a view at all. Comfortable room, comfortable bed and staff friendly. A very good breakfast - much more on offer than we would have expected.

Didn't really see the point in having a coffee machine in the room, with no pods. Surely for the cost of them, they could have been included in the price we paid? For a hotel of this standard, I don't think it would have been too much to ask

Having read previous reviews I must admit, I was a tad nervous about staying here - but I absolutely didn't need to be. Seriously people, get a grip! This hotel, half board, per night, per head cost £69.00 stg If you can afford The Ritz , go to the Ritz, otherwise, really, don't complain. I'm really not sure how the facilities, food, and staff are not worth this price??! We arrived at midday and were immediately allocated our room which was spacious, spotless and had the biggest, most comfortable bed! The bathroom was super, shower gel and shampoo included, and towels changed every day during our stay. Fantastic location to the beach, which is literally a stones throw! We LOVED our entire stay and will most definitely be back!

No sun parasols / umbrella's on the 8th Floor pool area, and it is so hot up there and would have been very welcome. No bin in main bedroom area, although there is one in the bathroom which we used. It definitely didn't spoil our stay! No kettle in the room to make a cup of T. There is a coffee machine, but I like a cup of T in the mornings.

I liked how close it was to the beach and I liked the people who work there.

Thé reason I chose this hotel was because I wanted to swim at night. In the picture they show a pool at night. But the pool closes at 8. I suggest to have the poil open til 12 am. More people would come and enjoy and enjoy drinks at the bar. Also, when I made the reservation they did not say that the spa cost extra money. I wanted to enjoy the sauna everyday but you have to pay €40 and make a reservation. It is better and more generous to include the spa and sauna as a part of the reservation. Do not charge extra for it. Thank you

Location was a few steps from the beach very comfortable. View was not directly in front of the sea, but on the main road, which resulted a bit noisy especially during the night Real Madrid won a soccer game. The room was ok, the fridge was a bit tiny but did its job, no refreshments included. Elevators were a problem some times in peak hours. You could wait a long while and opted for the stairs.

The parking of the hotel is not free, 11 euros per day and parking around the hotel is hard to find. The elevators during peak hours (morning for breakfast, check-in and check-out) were always full and you had to wait a while to get up or down.

The breakfast was amazing! The hotel is beautiful and will be back soon. The staff is excellent, and amazing location as well

The elevators were a little caos. Specially from parking to room, people will get in the elevators no matter if your going up or down, making it hard to get in the elevator and having to wait up to 7-10 minutes. Breakfast is amazing, but very short time period from 8 to 10. Also, beds are a little uncomfortable and did not know how to use the AC. Which didn’t need at the end because of the amazing temperature, other than that everything was amazing! Definitely going back soon !

Amazing views from the sea facing rooms. Extremely pleasant and polite staff at the reception and the housekeeping staff works hard and were really good with keeping the room spotlessly clean.

The gym needs updating. During my stay the main multi functional machine was not working properly. Other than that there's not much to complain about.
