Hipotels Cala Millor Park

I loved my stay at this hotel. The staff were well-trained and engaged. The food was superb. The facilities were excellent and I really appreciated the effort that went into providing some entertainment in the evenings. Reading back on some of the reviews, as always, I get so disappointed. I wonder if guests realise the impact that a bad score can have on both staff morale and the hotel itself. Let's take UWE's review on Feb 9th. Really? My experience was the exact opposite of yours. And frankly, why on earth would you mark a hotel down like this? It's just unkind. Shame on you. If guests had to publish their real names in reviews, I wonder if they would write such rubbish. If you experience minor issues, take them up directly with the hotel, and don't put them in the public domain.

That I am unable to give this hotel a score of 15 out of 10!

The hotel is very good, helpful and friendly staff, suuuper delicious dinner, nice rooms. Small green park and beautiful promenade around. I give the hote the maximum score!

It is nothing to do with the hotel but with the beach. My God, never in my life have I seen such a dirty beach. You have to pay 14 euro for the sun-beds but no one has ever cleaned that beach. It’s full of rubbish, cigarette butts, tampons!!!!, condom packs!!!!. We couldn’t let our 1 year child play with the sand, because he takes everything into his mouth. We complained to the guy Alioune, who collects money for the sun-beds and umbrella, and he started yelling at us, really shouting so loud that our baby started crying. It’s unacceptable and I have never come across such an aggressive behavior from smn who works with people/tourists. Despite the perfect hotel, we had an awful feeling from the holiday in Majorca.

I think it's one of best hotels here. Pool is totally surrounded from outside, so it's very comfortable there. I got a bargain, paid like 60% of price because of genius and good timing, but if you don't know, food here is like 15 types of desserts and 40 kinds of normal food each time. Only food and drinks would cost you a lot if you eat outside so it's a great deal. Great friendly staff, they checked me in before the time. Close to sandy beach. You won't regret if you pick this hotel. Rooms are quite luxurious, very good standard and clean. I would give 11/10 to be honest. It's so perfect, you have nothing to complain about. Now everybody will be booking here... Heh, good. Each time I got like 3 plates of food and one plate of desserts and one of fresh fruit. Also, you have 2 types of delicious smoothies for breakfast, that's over the top. I chose this hotel because of bargain, but I am glad I picked it. So many places people complain a lot, but here it was so good. Trust me and pick it. Drinks are also very good. Amazing place. I was alone, but probably if you have a company you will feel even better. They also have different activities, you can shoot at gun range, archery also. And overall it's very beautiful hotel inside. Worth coming here. All the best. Also beds are very comfy, mattress is very thick, so they really care.

The food was decent; however, if you have any major food allergies, this place is not for you. None of the options showed any allergens.

Very few options if you eat gluten-free. The kid's club was not great. Basically, they name the activities as something that can sound interesting, but in reality, they were putting the kids to do the same almost every day: colouring. No real entertainment. The mini disco was ok, but they were never starting on time and always ending early (never 30 mins). The kid's playground has no lights, and they don't close it at night. I'm surprised that this has not been addressed. Health and Safety failure. If your room faces the stage, you can hear everything, so probably not great for families with small kids.

Everything was perfect! I would like to highlight how nice the staff is, especially Mrs. Ildi and Sonia from the reception, from the restaurant Mr. Rafael, Mr. Jesus, Domi, Angel, from the room cleaning ladies Sara and Guadalupe, from the beach bar Jorge, Dani, Enri, Toni, Adri, Santi, Alvaro and everyone else from the Trinky-Trinky bar. It was a wonderful stay!

I totally understand that the night shows have to be enjoyable for all age categories, but we have found some of them uninteresting.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff; great location near the beach and shops; clean room and pool; nightly entertainment; very good food; chambermaids (Isabel) were excellent and even mentioned to the front desk that it was my son’s birthday when she saw the banners in the room and we ended up getting some delicious complimentary biscuits and card - a very nice touch, which was much appreciated!

Nothing major but games room was a bit limited and the table hockey was broken.

Great location with great view of beach, sea and sunrise over the skyline in the room! Lots of activities for children and adults entertainment.

We stayed 3 nights with breakfast and dinner included, but surprisingly found only first night dinner would include drinks but 2nd and 3rd dinner won't include drinks but this was never informed us until we inquired and were told by the restaurant manager in second night. It'd be much nicer if the policy can be more clear and informed to the guests in advance.

Everything. Superb hotel, excellent facilities, perfect location. The rooms are very spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast catered for absolutely everyone. The outdoor pool was real highlight, enough loungers for everyone. Separate children's pool, daily activities for children & adults if you wanted to take part. Nightly entertainment, which stopped at a reasonable time.

- restaurant service assumes you are german and keep speaking german even though I told them I do not speak german :( - the wet sauna was broken during our stay and the dry sauna was only available upon earlier request.

Room size and view, hotel stuff - all of them, location, activities, evening events… It was just a very lovely and relaxing stay. Thank you!

If I have to pick something, it would be queues and waiting time to enter restaurant at dinner time and then picking up the food queue. Stuff are doing their best, but capacity and organization of restaurant is such that you just have to wait when hotel fully booked.
