The staff were helpful at checking in and out. The bedroom and bathroom were both clean and well laid out. It was mainly a hotel for Spanish people and was quiet at night. Good shower. Location convenient for all locations as quite central and not far from Europa Avenue and Calle Gerona. Breakfast had choice and always found something I would like to eat. Nice large swimming pool with large terrace and garden.

Like so many other places the restaurant was understaffed and had difficulty finding a clean table for breakfast. Could not find the English channels on the TV. Internet was bit unreliable and slow at times. Fridge would have to be rented and for short stay quite expensive.

Hotel was spotlessly clean inside and out, staff were very helpful and lovely and friendly. Pool was amazing, deck chairs were always available, hotel guests were mostly of an older age and mostly Spanish so it was nice and quiet especially at night. TV's in room were mostly Spanish channels but I wouldn't let that knock how lovely it was here. Was ideally located, less than 10 minutes walk to the beach and main strip, very safe location, no issues whatsoever. Will definitely return again 🇮🇪👌🍀🇪🇸

The hotel staff were really friendly upon greeting and any questions and queries I had they were very helpful. The hotel location is good, with only a 10 minute walk to the beach. The rooms were clean with everything you need. Given the cost of the hotel stay with breakfast, it was perfectly fine. Yes, the rooms may be a little dated with a very much early 2000's decor, but honestly it was fine. If you manage your expectations, then this is a perfectly fine hotel. I had a comfortable stay, breakfast was very continental and there was a relatively large selection of food.

The shower is lovely, nice pool, quite hotel so able to get a sun lounger. Recommend the cocktails. It's an okay hotel if your staying for a few days but I wouldn't stay longer

Breakfast was awful dry or cold keeping food topped up then staff getting frustrated when you ask for something because it's run out, croissants looked like someone had sat on them, to many dirty tables couldn't sit at a clean one. Hotel needs updating definitely

Great location, welcoming greeting and the room was spotless and a good size. When I put the 'do not disturb' sign it was respected and my bed was turned, with fresh towels even if I left my room after 11:00. Most importantly the hotel wasn't full of loud tourists and although it was close to the nightlife it was far enough away to not be heard. Breakfast had enough variety and I wasn't rushed out the day of check out. All in all very good stay and would stay again.

I'd probably go for a South facing view next time and make the most of the balcony. The lifts took quite a while to arrive and often a relatively long to reach the ground floor. This only applied during peak times though, breakfast, dinner etc.

The hotel is like an oasis amid the madness of Benidorm! It's within easy walking distance of the beach, shops and all the bars and clubs in the English quarter but it's beautifully quiet, set in its own tranquil gardens with a gorgeous pool. I loved the aqua dance class and I also enjoyed being one of the very few Britis there. The vast majority of guests were Spanish.

I can't think of anything I didn't like

Breakfast was very good. high protein stuff. Coffee was tasty. The AC worked perfectly. Location was good, close enough to the beach but without the noise at night. The room the shower was 10/10.

The beds, if you like a stiff bed it's ok but I am a fan of soft beds so it was not for me. The 10am? breakfast end time is strict, I was eating breakfast and told I needed to leave, 10am is not just when they stop serving breakfast, it is when they want you out of the room too.

The quietness but close proximity to everything I wanted on my trip. The staff were approachable if you needed them, but also left you alone to just relax. The food options were great as I love Spanish food and this hotel is aimed at more Spanish guests but for the price of full board it was great for me!

Honestly nothing. Everything was clean, working and there was nothing in my room that made me go ewww

Location was very good a walk down the hill to the strip or carry on to the beach with good places to stop eat and drink on your way wood definitely recommend and wood stay again

Being picky the hotel could do with some small touch ups here and there but wouldn’t stop me staying again.

Communication with the hotel was very good. Check was quick and easy, Food was mostly for local people but there was always something we could eat and not go hungry, Breakfast was a mixture of continental style and 1 or to hot offerings. Lunch and dinner usually have two different meats and 1 fish dish along with all the usual salads and sweets. Room was clean and were all the areas of the hotel.

Maybe just 1 more dish at all meals catering for the English.
