Hotel Brasil

Arrived very early hours of the morning but not a problem with the hotel , the receptionist was very welcoming and keen to make sure the stay was good explaining everything, even offered me a cold plate of food as the kitchen was closed

Breakfast was busy , too many other guests huddling around the toaster , therefore I couldn't be doing with the wait

Place was very clean n the cleaning staff were lovely

Didn't like the bald headed man in the dining room The staff were very nice except one of the breakfast staff I was the last person in the dining room I was waiting till a group of 4 people got into the lift so I could then get the lift and a bald headed man told me to leave the lift only takes 4 people so that is why I was still sitting there waiting on them to go so not happy about that they need to put a kettle in there room's for people have a cuppa

The hotel was small and staff very friendly.It was only a short walk to Poniente beach and the old town shops bars and restaurants. Good breakfast, a balcony and a small pool area good for children to enjoy. I found it very good value for money. Wheel chair access via a small out door lift.

Slightly up hill walk from main promenade beach area but no problem for average person.

great location, very close to the beach ( 5 min walk), close to bars, restaurants etc., nice little pool with sun loungers and parasols, air con in the room, breakfast was very nice, with a good variety on offer, overall a lovely little hotel, bar in the hotel too which I didn't use

Very clean hotel, breakfast is always plentiful and of good quality. The team are always helpful location is perfect for me, less than 10 minutes to walk to main part OldTown and beaches etc. Rooms are basic but everything you need , good sized comfy beds, very clean and if you need anything just ask at reception, nice little balcony that looks out onto the old town streets.

Not having more time , need longer next visit.

Hotel was lovely, very comfortable, perfect room very clean, balcony was bigger than the room! pool area very small with limited sun beds however we had these on the balcony also. very clean, incredibly helpful and kind staff. Food was excellent! had only breakfast included but paid €12 for lunch and it was definitely worth it and only 5 minutes walk to the beach!

Good place really nice stuff came for a week and was working from home and the Wi-Fi was really good. Rooms cleaned every day. Very close to the beach. And away from the horrid Benidorm strip. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

More vegetarian options for food. Lots of meat, options and fish options.

As always a superb quite little gem of an hotel. Spotlessly clean with great staff. Breakfast is always delicious. Great location away from the hubbub of both old town and new. My third year running enjoying this lovely hotel.

shower was very dated and the curtain rail was nearly held up but a replacement metal strap

shower and lack of bin, only had a bin in the bathroom not in the main room

Very attentive host, amazing breakfast, and very clean modern room

Cleaners came early in a.m whilst we were still waking up, so we didn't have room cleaned.But only there 3 days so was not an issue for us but may be for longer stay
