The property is really in a good location. It is very accessible with almost all tourist attractions. The metro is also nearby the property.

They don't change towels daily. No shampoos, conditioner, shower gel provided. No kettle or even fridge in the room. No complimentary coffee or tea provided. The staffs in level 1 were very loud especially this morning around 9am. My room is nearby the cleaning room/staff room. They were all talking loudly in the morning. Someone keeps trying opening my door in the night. I am unsure who it was. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The common areas in this hostel are absolutely phenomenal. There is a very well set up front desk that made singing in fast and easy, a second floor restaurant / bar and rooftop bar! This provided lots of opportunities to hang out and meet other travelers. There was also a very affordable Paella dish on Thursday night that was nice to have. There is bag storage as well which was very convenient to use. The location is incredible as well, you are staying on one of the nicest streets in the city just a block away from La Casa Batllo and close to many resaurants, bars, and activities. The streets are easily walkable, clean, and safe, and are filled with people while not being crammed. There is also a subway stop just a block from the hostel.

The room itself is not great but serviceable. We stayed in a 4 bed that barely had any floorspace or furniture other than 2 bunk beds and lockers. One of the lockers was filled with bathroom products that were covered in grime and seemed to have been left by a prior guest. The shower is unusual, at least coming from America, as it is designed to save water and does not produce a constant flow. I appreciate the goal here but it was definitely unexpected. A bath mat of sorts would work wonders, nearly everyone in my group slipped in the bathroom once the floor got wet. It would also be nice to have some sort of nightlight in the bathroom, the only light has a switch in the main room, so you have to turn it on in there which can be annoying to people sleeping.

location was great, check in was easy, there was a nice social area on floor two with a bar/restaurant and a rooftop terrace so lots of nice aspects to the hostel

towels, lockers etc all came at an extra charge which is standard in a lot of hostels but still a bit annoying. also, none of the key cards for my room worked so we all had to keep knocking to get let in or go downstairs for a new card every time we wanted to get inside. this was probably just unlucky though and a problem that they'll have fixed by the time anyone else goes to stay here.

Excellent location on one of the main and most charming streets of Barcelona near the famous Gaudi houses, close to metro station (1 minute walking). Pleasant and helpful staff, clean room, all elevators work, beautiful view on the terrace. It is possible to purchase breakfast. Luggage room facilities are also present; if you arrive before check-in time, you can leave your things there for free until 23:00, and for those who have not booked a place in the hostel - the price is 5 €.

There are no locks on the lockers in the rooms (you must have your own lock or you can buy a cheap one from a store Flying Tiger nearby). The pillows are too soft, I doubled them to make it more comfortable.

The location is very great, like 1-2 min to metro, 2-4 min to Plaça Cataluña, which is very convenient. The reception and cafe stuff were polite. Working a/c, pretty ok bathroom in shared room. They provide a blanket with no fee, which is good. U can keep your luggage (2items) there until 9pm (I guess) for €3.

The wifi connection didn’t reach the room on 5th floor. Idk if it was done on purpose, but it was impossible to use wifi in the room. I had to go to the stairwell where the elevator is and connect to the internet there.

I loved how it is really central, you have the batlló house almost next to it and the metro station let's you move almost everywhere. It's really easy to enter and leave alone.

I saw when the cleaner was doing their job and they didn't properly clean, just changed sheets and took the trash. The bathrooms are not cleaned daily and do be careful, something bit me during the night, but that can happen anywhere, it was an awesome stay nonetheless, would stay again

location is awesome, you can come from the airport by RENFE R2 line directly and the hostel is just across the street from the station, overlooking the boulevard and Gaudi's building. Safe for the night arrivals, beautiful part of the city and very lively. Breakfast is based on croissants, muesli and toast, nice coffee and tea for 6e. Nice vibes and the building itself is very unique. Nice rooftop, too (it closes around 22:30). Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

a bit chilly in the dorms for my taste, shower cabins could have something where to leave your fresh clothes. just small things

I read a few bad reviews before coming here so I was a little skeptical before my stay, and the be honest I don't know why it got bad reviews because I thought it was perfect for my solo adventure! Staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the rooms were very clean and so were the bathrooms, good value all you can eat breakfast that consisted of filling items to keep you going throughout the day and the terrace was beautiful and offered a great view of the part of the city we were in. Location was perfect as it is directly outside the metro which was able to bring me everywhere I wanted to go. If you're a solo traveller I'd highly recommend this hostel or if you're travelling with a large group of friends and maybe want to stay in your own room!

The only thing I had trouble with was having a good night sleep. People were coming and going out of the room all night and were quite loud at times. There were was a lot of loud snorers in my room as well so couldn't really get an undisturbed sleep the whole time I was there - but I did pick a shared room so it was to be expected so I didn't really mind at the end of the week. :)

- I liked the rooftop and the fact that there's a bar/restaurant inside the building - there are lockers to store our things in the bedroom and; if we forget to bring a padlock, we can buy one at the reception - breakfast buffet has many and good options - having air conditioner on the bedroom was a big plus and made the stay very comfortable

- there is no kitchen nor fridge to store food, which is inconvenient - The shower towels needed to be rented (for 3.50 euros when I was there). In my opinion, this is a basic need for any stay, so they could be included in the price - the variety of food at dinner is very low

The rooms had AC which was necessary for the heat. The bathrooms were quite clean and never that crowded despite them being shared with the entire floor. The staff was super nice and ordered us a taxi without problem. The rooms had plenty of space and were very comfortable. Plus the location is amazing! Very close to a few landmarks and a nice area for shopping.

I didn't love the people who were in the bed next to me, but that is not the hostel's fault. Additionally, the elevator is slow and small, but those 6 flights of stairs were great for leg day :)
