Hotel Toledano Ramblas

Location was great and the accomodation was really a place to sleep so the slightly outdated decor didn’t phase us. They cleaned the room daily which we did not expect and got fresh towels daily!

Great location, short walk from where the Aeroporto bus arrives and on Las Ramblas. Lovely garden bar/coffee area next door.

Bit of a warren to get to rooms, i.e. up and down stairs

The staff are amazing really (polite and hospitable). The hotel is located in the middle of Rambla which is perfect for anyone new to the city (there is a metro right next to it) and a collection of stores, bakeries, fast food restaurants, and carrefour market is right across the street. It is a walking distance to the area of universities and always busy so it is not scary at night.

I wish they had fluffier pillows and provided more toiletry items. The shampoo comes in a small packet (I could have asked for more maybe but it is so tiny I might have needed 10 of those). I also wished it had a heater because at one point it got too cold at night and the blanket was not enough.

Location: near bus station, at the heart of La Rambla, each guest was provided with a key in order to gain access to the lobby 👍

Shower area has NOwhere to put shampoo/shower gel/soap--we had to place those things on the floor We saw 2 small cockroaches in the room No kettle/mugs/coffeemaker in the room but we were able to ask hot water from the reception Toilet/bathroom- No bidet

Location was very good for my needs. Bus stop outside and a 1 min walk to the Metro. Very quite with no door slammers like you usually get.

For me being 1mtr 80cm tall the bed was a bit small. Also the Spanish seem to have a fetish about how small we can make a bathroom. Mine was at most 1.5mtr x 1.5mtr and in that floor space you had a toilet, shower and hand basin. So a bit snug.

Excellent location, so easy to find. Pleasant reception staff. Shown to a quiet air conditioned room down an alley. Quiet through night when doors were closed. Good security, 2 doors to get to room. Good house keeping.

Shower 🚿 head was loose so had to repair with electrical tape to hold in place. Floor wasn't clean properly as kept finding long hairs on towels & on floor etc.

Location is the best thing about the hotel! It’s nice to be able to stay somewhere for a reasonable cost that’s isn’t exactly a 5 star hotel, but who needs more than a bed when you are just there to see Barcelona! It’s was everything it promised.

The staff went to a lot of trouble to provide a bottle of Prosecco and some treats for my husbands 40th bday. We really appreciated this and were very thankful for the gesture x

Very good location and service for money. Of course it's not even close to 5 stars, but is very good for short stay near the center of city for ordinary people. Those, who expect breakfast and pools better look at big hotels.

Really needs some repair, especially doors.

Great location, located at the top of La Rambla which is the Main Street that leads down to the marina. Also located just around the corner from the airport shuttle bus stop! Surprisingly quiet which was great. Staff were very friendly and offered to keep our bags safe on check out day if our flight wasn’t till later. Air conditioning was fantastic especially as it was so hot in Barcelona. Beds were made daily which was unexpected but very much appreciated, clean towels each day as well. Loved having a wee balcony where we could overlook a side street.

Beds were a bit squeaky but were comfortable! The duvet was fitted which wasn’t the nicest to sleep under but not a major issue. The shower head holder was broken so we had to hold the shower head to wash ourselves - an easy fix that will surely get sorted.
