It is very far out, but Spar beside it and a few bars and restaurants near. Staff are lovely, reception area extends into a bar/sitting area and then restaurant there too. Pool area was adequate with small rooftop pool. The bedroom was fine and spotless. Mini bar, safe no coffee/tea options. Bathroom again was fine and spacious.

I booked the hotel because it is pet friendly. Charge is e25.00 per night which was fine. There wasn't even a bowl for water in the room. Dog only allowed in bedroom NO other areas in hotel. I thought it would be like Hilton in Madrid where our dog was really looked after. Obviously he could not go to restaurant or pool, but could sit quietly beside us in lobby area. Water, bowl, and blanket where also provided.

The room was nice and suitable and a cot was provided as requested. The staff were very nice both at check-in and during breakfast. The breakfast was nice and complete and the rooftop pool was very enjoyable. Perhaps just to note that we did see some people that did not appear to be guests at the pool and who later left the hotel in a rush. So maybe something to review and monitor further specially for the security of the paying guests. The hotel is a bit far away from the city centre, which for the hotel rate you pay would be the only point to note. We struggled for a while to get a taxi and ended up having to call as the line from reception was not good.

Good hotel in Alicante!

This is a lovely hotel with excellent appointments and a cool but friendly staff. We were fortunate to have a room in an upper floor with a panoramic view of the city. The external lifts added excitement. We can confidently forecast that the view will change in the next few years because the large open area of real estate between the hotel and the nearest buildings must be tempting to developers. As fans of the NH chain with many years of experience, it raised rather than lowered our positive attitude to the chain.

For an ancient couple who are no longer as sprightly as they would like to be, the hotel was too far from the town centre. There is a bus service from nearby which has convenient stops in the city for the old quarter. the archeological museum and the hilltop castle but the brevity of our stay drove us into taking taxis into and out of town. They were easily booked, convenient and relatively cheap.

The service overall was very good, a special mention for Daniel at the rooftop bar. It is a very comfortable hotel.

We missed some lighting on the balcony. It is not close to the center of the city. However, it is a 25 min walk to downtown and we took a taxi back for €8. There are some ok bars and restaurants in the neighbourhood. And there is a good bus service to the center of town and the city beach for very little money.

It was such good value for money. This hotel was excellent in my opinion. It smelt amazing as soon as the doors opened. It was so clean and the room was a great size. The staff were amazing very friendly helpful.

The only thing I personally didn’t like not that it was about the property was the views where it is aren’t that great to look at. That’s the only negative

The hotel looks much bettet than on the website. Simpel but elegante style. A lobby you can relax on a hot afternoon. Attentive Guest relations. Most of the employees were willing to help with a smile. Good breakfast. The rooms were very clean. Good size. We had a room facing the main road/roundabout but we sleep well without noise interaption. I highly recommend the hotel. Will definately use the hotel again.

The pool was way too small to match the size of the hotel. Guess you have to alternate in turns to swim. The location is way far from the city centre/shopping district and attractions. If you like walking then its manageble.

Had our flight cancel so had to book a last minute room. We have always used NH collection hotels in other countries so trusted this would be good. They accommodated us, gave us a lovely room and there were no issue with our stay. They even gave the kids lollipops on the way out.

Air con could have been a little colder but it may have been because it wasn’t on in the room before arriving as we got there so last minute.

Clean and fresh hotel. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. Rooftop is a nice space. Rooms were modern, clean and fresh.

The hotel was just too far out from the main area for us. It’s a 28min walk into the main part or a 10min cab ride. The jacuzzi and sauna wasn’t open for our final day which was disappointing. The shower on the 6th floor needs a lock on it for privacy. The rooftop would benefit from a bar in peak day hours. Mini bar prices were pretty horrible. A small pack of oreos for €4 was a stinger.

Great customer service and professionalism from the staff.

The breakfast was just average. I used to stay in NH hotels frequently and remembered the breakfast being of a higher quality. The ready-to-serve scrambled eggs in particular were not at all appetizing. Next time I will ask for freshly prepared eggs as only when I sat down with my breakfast did I notice the card informing guests of this service.
