Lovely place. Very quiet and comfy.

Everything was great. The only small issue we had is that we stayed in the room on the ground floor, next the reception and we could hear everyone coming in and out, as well as the noise from the street in the night.

Arnau is a nice host, the house has history and a fantastic location. Pool is also a plus. Staff is really lovely and accommodating.

Our room was a little cramped. Breakfast was a bit of a struggle, although the lady looking after it was nice and did her best, most mornings there was no milk or no eggs, could not find cutlery, coffee was cold or no coffee left… when we found her, we asked for what we needed and usually got it but it was not always easy. She was also looking after the cleaning and seemed genuinely overwhelmed.

It's located on the corner of an old Mallorquin street but there is an Eroski and a few charming local bars with the elderly Mediterreneans laughing between sips of wine whilst I had my breakfast. There's a creperie on the square that was lovely. It's all about that garden with the little pool. Super chilled, no music is played. Room's have rustic charm but the bathrooms are very nicely refurbished so best of both worlds.

I would have seriously appreciated a couple of complimentary bottles of water in my room; One for the night and the morning. It's a small cost for a hotel but you can't get it inside the hotel and nowhere particularly close. As a singer, I was parched and arrived straight from the airport where I'd probably spent 8euros on a fraction of what I'd like to drink - not my style. Even better, water filtered in the hotel - eco friendly, would be a lovely touch. So yeah, no kettle or tea or anything to whet your whistle. Only complaint but quite a biggie actually.

Nice little breakfast buffet, with everything needed. Some savory food, some sweets, fruits and coffee with soy milk also. There is a little backyard with pool and sun beds. Parking right at the house is not possible, you have to park 7 minutes walking distance at the village entrance. The rooms are not to spacious, still we got along fine.

You hear the bell tower every 15 minutes and the cars from the street even with windows closed. In generall the house got rather thin walls, so you have to take care for other guests, when returning late to you room.

Perfect location in the centre of Alaro, just off the main street. The hotel is in walking distance of a bus stop, fruit market and restaurants. The hotel has kept its original features making this a quaint and cosy place to stay. We loved the courtyard and traditional features. There was a good range of food for breakfast and the staff were incredibly helpful, friendly and approachable. We stayed here to attend a wedding in a more rural location which was perfect. This hotel is aproximately 30 minutes drive out of Palma. We would recommend and would stay here again.

The check in process was a little unclear - we needed an access code to enter the building which we weren't given ahead of arrival.

It is in a cute little village with lovely restaurants around the hotel. The hotel was very nice and had small but beautiful rooms. The atmosphere is very calm and relaxed

We would love to have more variety in the breakfast such as different types of fruits en spreads. Overal we would recommend this hotel to others, it is a lovely place to stay at.

We loved the cozy and clean facilities as well as the staff was very friendly! The location was walking distance to the main square of Alaro. The house was very quiet and only had a few guests which was very relaxing.

The room was a bit small but worked out for the time we just slept and showered there. We rented a car and there was no parking so we had to find public parking which was a few blocks near a supermarket. Also breakfast wasn’t included with our rate.

Lovely hotel - very quiet and nice pool area

We asked for a double bed but given two singles due to a miscommunication. Beds kept sliding apart so there was a gap between beds.

Very nice place in a quiet authentic town. Nice garden and pool. Rooms were clean, good airco and nice set up of the room. Friendly owner and cleaning lady. Guesthouse has nice original authentic details.

Apart from check in, we didn't see anybody in the 2days we stayed. It was not necessary but felt a bit strange..

This property is managed with great care, hospitality, and style. An oasis in the middle of beautiful Alaró. Bedrooms, common areas, pool and patio - all are very comfortable and very beautiful. Breakfast is also super. Highly recommend. Thank you for creating such a lovely place for us to call home while here in Alaró Arnaud.
