Great location. You can easily arrive by train. If you arrive to Incheon airport use the automatic ticket machine. Select English and then the station that you want to arrive at . Insert the required money and it will issue you with a ticket. Take the train to Seoul station and then change here to line 4. Myeong dong station is the second stop. Exit the station at exit 8 and you are about 50 yards from the hotel. The hotel is surrounded with coffee shops, restaurants, etc and there is also a night market right on your doorstep. Near exit 8 of the station is also a good place to get a taxi. Taxis here are very good value and can help you see more of the city

Good location. Near to drop off/pick up of airport limo bus (6015) as well as subway station (Myeongdong stn Exit 8) All basic amenities were provided. Room was spacious and clean. Friendly and helpful front desk staff.

Elderly may find it difficult to climb in/out of bathtub for shower

Amazing location (right next to the airport bus and close to subway station. Always busy and bustling outside so felt safe travelling even alone at night but the rooms are soundproofed so well that I never heard any loud noises. The staff spoke good English and were super friendly. The hotel also assisted with receiving a delivery package for me and were so kind about it. Really appreciated it all.

Not to do with the hotel itself but there were always smokers outside the hotel near the entrance which was a bummer.

Hotel is located at good place and centre place for key areas.

I would like to sincerely thank the hotel team for their excellent service. After I had already checked out, I realized I had forgotten my iPad on the bed. Thankfully, the housekeeping staff found it and the hotel emailed me right away. Special thanks to Lily at reception, who promptly replied to my email and professionally arranged a quick service driver so the iPad could be delivered to me on time before my flight check-in. I’m truly grateful for their quick action and genuine care—it turned what could have been a stressful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience.

Proximity to Myeongdong station exit 7/8, right next to Myeongdong street and a CU convenience store just 30 steps away. Also, the lady who's cleaning up the room on level 12 always kept it clean and tidy. Selection of pillows is a big plus and 1 of the primary reasons that I chose this accommodation

Lack of hooks in the shower area, but I knew it beforehand and brought suction hooks to be placed on the walls to be used. And also, the central aircon system can get noisy when it's working. So I had to shut it off mostly when going to bed. Luggage space is limited esp if you have 2 large 28 inches as the room size is small, so need to be creative to adhere to the space contraints

Very good location right in heart of MyeongDong street very close to metro and limousine bus stop, convenience stores, restaurants and bakerys solve all your food needs ! can reach all attractions very easily, like the different pillows selection but I have in room default was comfortable enough , the room is of decent size ok for 1 person, had a normal and rain shower , good security key card acess to your floor only

The bathroom is very small , the door seem be designed backwards so open it kinda in the way , more laundry machines and dryers, only one of each for whole hotel, had wait very long time to use it the shower also sometime does keep all water inside if get alot then flood out a bit on the floor

Location was central to transportation (bus and metro), the room was very clean and was maintained each time I went out for the day and came back,

I told the cleaning staff that I needed to do some laundry and they said they can take it. However, I didn't know that I had to pay a hefty fee for "dry cleaning". I was aware that there is a coin laundry on the 11th floor and thought it was for this service, but did not know this service was for dry cleaning. I wasn't mentioned on their information sheet or by the staff; it would be nice if they let the customers know the difference. I also wish it gave some options for a fitness center or, at least, some discount to one that's close by.

Fantastic location next to Myeongdong shopping street. Tour les Jous bakery is just next door. Get out via exit 7 (escalator) or 8 from subway and walk 1min. Airport limo bus just round the corner. There's free luggage storage lockers for 12h, free coffee, tea, water in the lounge on 11th floor, plus 2 coin laundry and dryer. A modern and clean hotel which I enjoyed staying in.

Room rate is quite pricey and some room sizes can be quite tight. The Hollywood double I was in has a huge bed, comfortable for 2 adults and a child. Still able to open 2 medium size luggage bags.

Hotel location is great, super convenient for shopping. Limousine bus location is great.

Potty is spoilt and the shit water flow out when we flushed. Techician did come to fix the potty. However he was stepping on the toilet floor filled with shit water and he went off. His shoe mark is on the laminate floor. We quickly asked for housekeeping, aunty just used the towel to clean the shit water. Eventually I took the hand wash detergent to clean the floor myself. It made us so skeptical whenever we flushed the potty.
