K-Guesthouse Dongdaemun Premium

The location is perfect, the subway station is 2 minutes away as is the bus stop. 7-Eleven close to the place works 24/7. The view from the 6th floor was incredible, the windows were really big. Clean! Comfy bed, you can change towels as often as you want, AC works well.

Breakfast was either 2 kinds of cereal or toast with jam/butter, still had to eat at 7-Eleven. No hangers in the room, only 2 hooks for clothes - isn't really convenient. Also, the window only opened a little bit and the handle was really loose so it broke once we touched it. The walls are thin so if you have noisy neighbors you'll hear them well (like we did).

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and polite which made me (and other guests) more comfortable staying there. The location is amazing. Its only a short walk on a straight path into myeongdong which is convenient if you want to go shopping. There are tonnes and tonnes of places to eat and drink nearby too which is also great.

The only issue I had, however completely understood, was that because I was by myself I was given the smallest room on my floor which didn't have a window and just enough room to hold my suitcase aswell as anything else like bags I wanted to bring in.

As a first timer in Seoul, the Guesthouse was very accessible and easy to get around as Stations are all closeby. Airport Limousine Bus Station is just across the road as well! Breakfast was much appreciated with a standard selection. Reception was very helpful and responsive too. Especially grateful that there was Hot Water for Shower, Room was heated during winter stay and Soap / Shampoo / Conditioner was available. Thank you K-Guesthouse Dongdaemun Premium!

On some days there were towels, bedsheets and other items left around general area of the floor we were staying on (possibly after housekeeping) but did not bother us much. Hot water would change temperature really quickly from very hot to very cold and then warm, and repeat.

Location was very near subway station. Breakfast was also good. Hotel staff are available 8am until night unlike other guesthouse. Very convenient to change towels, tissues, and trash plastics. Our room was spacious and a corner room. We could place our things in the window which we really like. Also, our room has clothesline where we can hang our jackets.

Our 1st room was different from the photos we booked. It was very small. We thought it was a double room that was only converted to twin room. Also, the sheets has blood stains. Shower head was also placed very low, same level with sink. However, they managed to transfer us on different room and we really appreciate the effort despite rooms were all fully booked.

This is the second time I booked here. A good place if you prefer not to be too close to city centre, reasonable price, feels like home, and most important is they are nearby to 3 train stations, so you can choose which one to use to get to your destination (Line 2, 4 & 5 if i'm not mistaken). Oh, they have rooftop too which makes the place special. This hotel will always going to be my preferred hotel in Seoul (hopefully the price still remain reasonable even after few more years).. :P

Location wise is excellent. Connected to 3 subway line 2, 4 and 5. also 3 mins away from Airport bus station. easier for traveler to commute with public transportation. spacious room, i never expected that for the price i paid.

Room can be more clean especially underneath the bed, its so dirty there. i dont think they clean it. i found out how dirty it was when my indoor slipper keep on going under the bed. shower, i hope they can fix the instability of the hot and cold shower, its quite annoying.

The location is superb, new to market and subways. The service is good, we travelled from Malaysia, our flight arrived at 5am and we were allowed to check in before 11am, very convenient as we were very tired. We can change our towels every day as they are free flow. The breakfast is usual, some cereals and bread, but it is okay. Highly recommended.

The room was confortable and affordable when you think about how seoul can be expensive sometimes. The place was quiet all the time. Easy to catch the subway, nice area. Also we have made a mistake with our reservation and they were very sympathetic with us and didn't charge us more for that. We really appreciated that. Shower and toilet in good condition

I feel like the housekeeping is not really meticulous (a lot of dirt and things under the beds, it's very easy to move them by the way). Also , there is nobody at the reception most of the time (due to covid but still, not really praticable). Also it says on booking.com that the breakfast is included but apparently because of covid (what a surprise) it was not a case anymore. Guys you need to remove that otherwise it's very disappointing for the guests !

The location is very nice. Its close the every major tourist attraction in Seoul. We used metro to everywhere and it was so close to the hotel. The room is ideal and comfy for the price. Overall really great experience

The breakfast can have a little more variety. It got boring eating the same toast and butter/jam everyday after a while

Prime location, near and central to DDP plaza, the starting point of most of the tours. The place is safe and quiet. There's a free simple breakfast. Everything's on point. Value for money. There's a hot and cold water dispenser for your water needs.

The google tells the wrong location, 3x the taxi, van got lost finding the exact one.
