the actual property was really nice. great facilities and access to lots of shops and eateries.

this property is NOT in Seoul. it ended up costing us a lot of money I’m taxi fare. the trips to Seoul were almost an hour long and costly. even taxi drivers refused trips there from Seoul station.

Good breakfast with Korean and Western options. Friendly staff. We appreciated that the hotel was attached to a mall, which made it convenient to find eating options. It's also accommodating of international travelers, with the electrical sockets accepting pretty much every type of plug I can think of.

- It's very far from a subway station - not walking distance. - You need to take two different elevators to get to your room from either the ground floor or parking garage. - The lobby is not easily accessible from your car, unlike most hotels which have a drive up option to the lobby. This requires you to take an elevator just to reach the lobby, which is especially inconvenient if you have a lot of luggage. - Didn't get to try the pool but the gym is minimal - just a few machines and a bench with some weights.

New facility, clean, no nonsense facility at good value. Location is great. Not an easy access to public transportation but I had a car.

I would have given perfect score if the following weren't the case. Some minor annoyances. - The door didn't lock by itself. I had to pull the door to lock properly. Actually one day the housekeeping staff left the door unlocked after cleaning the room. This should be fixed. - The shower door doesn't seal properly and water leaks out. - Charge 5000 wons for a lost plastic card key? (I actually found the key so I didn't pay but...). I understand they are trying to be environmentally conscious but this is too much.

Foods were very nice and service was good. Spacious parking lot was also good. Swimming pools for kids are nice and our kids like those.

1) In the restaurant for breakfast, I hope that when the staff wipe out with cleaning dispenser, that micro mist can fly over to other food. Please, shorten the distance in between the nozzle of dispenser and fabric towel to wipe out on the table. Then it will prevent micro chemical liquid from flying around. 2) Swimming time is divided so short and limited its entry to once per a night.

Friendly and professional front desk. Meticuluosly clean, spacious and quiet room, and for me in walking distance where I had to work. Good value for the money, and I will definitely stay there again. On the first day, I could even arrange an early check-in free of charge.

There is no bar or restaurant at the hotel. There is however a nice pub in the mall where the hotel is located. Also be aware that the hotel is not able to issue a hotel bill at checkout when booking through booking.com! They claim that booking.com will issue a bill and receipt, but this is not correct.

Did not eat in restaurant and others area fast food no restaurants. Staff extremely helpful to get taxi for us back to Seoul. Love the big fluffy towels. Happy staff

Facilities, shuttle to the subway, breakfast with many varieties, staff very kind.

The location of the hotel a bit far from subway. The staff from the pool area didn’t speak English.

Very clean and the people were very kind and serviable. The swimming pool was great. Kid's pool was big enough and the adult pool was calm. Highly recommanded.

Not easy to find a place for parking, probably because of cinema clients. But after 10pm, easy to find the parking place.
