Ramada Jeju City Hall

Parking available with room booking - parking attendant was lovely and very cheerful on arrival. Included breakfast was easy to find on main floor and plenty of space to sit down. Easy access to the city centre with buses right outside. Good facilities in room including a vanity mirror.

Parking allocation in building was insufficient and we ended up having to park in overflow lot down the street most of the time. This was still provided by the hotel but the cold walk back had a bit of a sad vibe (instead of lift to your warm room from the parking in basement)

The location is quite central. There are many food outlets ranging from western, cafes to local cuisines. it’s east to take a bus to the market and main bus terminal. the bus stop is right in front. 7-11 convenience shop is just next door. Bus from the airport just drops of almost in front of hotel.

No tooth brush, tooth paste, face towel, floor towel, safe box in the room. (Wish they could provide at least a floor towel for the bathroom... ).

The room was very clean and modern. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was very clean as well. The location was great, right outside a bus stop and many restaurants in the city.

No toothbrush/toothpaste was provided.

This is the second time I've stayed at a Ramada Hotel while travelling and I can say it didn't disappoint. The room was spacious, clean and quiet with a range of amenities. The bed was very comfortable and there was a nice view of the landscape from the window. When we checked in there was a mix-up between rooms where another client who checked in just prior had been given the keycard to our room. This matter was addressed professionally and sorted out. The reception staff were apologetic about the mix-up and had housekeeping check the room was in order before we went up to it. There is a 7-Eleven to the right of the hotel which is handy to purchase snacks, drinks or essentials. The bus stop is opposite the hotel which is convenient as buses are the only way to get around the island via public transport. There are also a good variety of restaurants and cafes nearby. The airport is a 20 minute bus ride or a 14 minute taxi ride. On our departure, the reception staff kindly booked us a taxi to the airport which arrived promptly at the hotel within 5 minutes. Will definitely return to Hotel Ramada the next time we're visting Jeju Island.

The staff were eager to please guests and knowledgeable of the island and transportation. The elevators were relatively fast, and there was a laundry facility.

I didn't like the sound of slamming doors late at night and early in the morning. The laundry room needs a table for folding clothes, and I wish the machines also took "T-money" payment because I didn't want to use my credit card. Also it would be nice if a hotel of this size and traffic of guests had money exchange at the front desk. I would have liked to soak in a hot bath, but there was no bathtub, only a shower.

Location is good as the bus stop is just outside the hotel. There are a few convenience stores around the area which is within walking distance. We had a room with a good view which we liked very much. Room was comfortable.

The hotel is situated at the top of a hill and if you are taking the bus that stops a distance away from the hotel, you may need either to walk uphill or to transfer buses. We had breakfast included and there were Korean and Western options but not a wide variety. Remember to bring toothbrush and toothpaste as the hotel does not provide them. However they do have vending machine that sells them. There are not too many good restaurants around. There is a KFC and. Macdonald’s nearby.

The hotel is well located and there is a bus stop just opposite to the hotel which makes commuting very easy. The rooms were spacious and good. the Hotel staff was super helpful specially Mr. Joo Yeong from the front desk who patiently helped us in ordering food. The rooms were cleaned everyday which was rare in the entire country.

The only downside was, the hotel did not have a 24*7 cafe which made it very difficult to get small stuffs too. Though there was a convenience store just besides the hotel. The city hall is 1 km away from the hotel.
