Hotel Sumorum

Hotel is clean and beautiful. Food at the restaurant was delicious too although it is a little costly. Our room was at the same building near the hotel reception, hence it is definitely more convenient than the other building. Went during winter and although it was cold we loved that they have a hot pool outside for us to enjoy.

Only downside is that it the outdoor hot juccuzi closes too early. Also if there is a bar or lounge would be perfect. Overall we truly enjoyed our stay!

Concierge & Front Desk was very helpful and assisted us when we had an issue with the rooms regarding the extra beds which we are very grateful that they managed to resolved quickly. 2. Check-In is relatively fast, BUT DO NOT unload your entourage when checking in, as they have 2 wings which is not connected. 3. Ample car park space with only 1 EV charger (Need more Signage for Hotel entrance) 4. Hotel location was 15 to 20mins away from another city where the evening market really comes alive. And it is surrounded with a nice shopping area. 5. CU 25 (Equivalent to 7-11) is just a 8 mins walk. 6. Views outside the hotel is beautiful (TIPS: make an effort to catch the sunrises). 7. A peaceful walking trail by the side of the sea. 8. A nice coffee joint, on the right of the property (when facing the sea), serves better coffee than many.

Reviews Made Easy: 1. Beds and Pillows are too SOFT. 2. Wasn't sure if the AIR-CON is centralized but it wasn't working & the room was kinda hot which we need to open the window to cool the room. 3. Hotel location was an hour drive away from the airport BUT it shows another view of Jeju island. 4. Room wasn't really cleaned as we need to washed our own coffee cups every day (unsure if this is the norm)

It’s modern and well maintained. Very spacious room and I like the fact that there is a walk-in shower area without having to step into a bath tub. There’s also a nice rain shower! Staff are helpful. The housekeeping even left fresh towels in a bag outside our room on days where we didn’t want housekeeping. We also had dinner twice in the hotel restaurant. They make amazing pasta n salad dishes which were a nice break from Korean food. Nice pool and jacuzzi. Just outside the hotel, one can get a great view of the sea. And there’s a walking path by the sea front.

Nothing really. We chose this location as we want to be away from the crowd.

I had the most basic family room in the main building which had great views of the sea and the nearby island. The room was spacious and clean, breakfast buffet could be added on the night before at 21k. The spread was really fresh and delicious, loved the food alot. The hotel had a nice looking indoor pool and onsen facilities which i didn’t have time to use. They also had a little gathering space at level 1 of the main building which we used to have dinner one night. Special shoutout to Zoey at the front desk who was very helpful, thank you! Parking was easy at the back of the building and also nice walk along the coast, with a few restaurants in the vicinity.

We happened to get really noisy next door neighbours for 2 nights, so it was hard to sleep well. Location wasn’t that close to good restaurants.

The facilities were great - the pools were lovely and didn't feel too crowded. The view of the sea and sunset was fantastic. The rooms were clean, modern and comfortable, and there was ample parking lots. The room was spacious and overall a very relaxing stay.

Wasn't very clear where we should check in so we had to walk over to the annex building after unloading our luggage at the main building. The bed sank in a bit. Would be good if they had more furnishings in the room (e.g. a TV console or desk) as it was quite sparse and we had to put almost all our belongings on the floor.

Beautiful but if you want to get a cab out anywhere late can be an issue. We had a driver set up for the one day we were there which was great but otherwise it would have been an issue. The property is beautiful and near beach so great for sunset sunrise. Pool hours are very limited only 9am-8pm so not friendly for travelers. They really should change this as we never had an opportunity to use the pool before or after sightseeing. Wish we could give input on the pools but can’t because of the limited hours.

I love all the pools and the sauna. Love the 24-hour store they have, and it's all a reasonable price. You can walk to the bus that takes you to the airport less than a 15-minute walk.

I don't like how early the pool and hot tub close. Breakfast is a bit expensive. I just don't like the fact that you can't just pay for 1 item like a fruit or bagel. You have to pay for the buffet breakfast. When looking at breakfast, breakfast has many options, and if you prepay for breakfasts in advance, it is cheaper. That's a good thing. I didn't eat breakfast, so I can't review the taste .

The hotel is ideally located for visiting the Jeju Island sites if you have a hire car being half way along the southern coast of Jeju Island. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable. The views from the hotel across the sea are superb. There is a really nice infinity pool and jacuzi at the front of the hotel. The breakfast was very good, The staff were excellent, although there were sometimes queues at reception.

The dinner was expensive and bland. The car park was always quite full, and many of the spaces too narrow.

I cannot thank enough the staff for helping me getting back a bag I forgot on the bus. The manager asked the receptionist to drive me to get back my back. The day started with a little stress but with their help and professionalism, I didn't have to worry about anything. The receptionist, Sean Kim went all the way to make our stay enjoyable. Every small query we had, was answered rapidly. They always made sure to confirm our destination with the taxi and taking care of the bookings. We could see that the staff enjoy their work. Always had a nice conversation. Even at the restaurant, the treatment and service was top tier. The hotel is by the see with a really nice view, the room was bigger than expected and good choice of food for the breakfast buffet. They also have a small convenience store in the hotel (for late night craving).

Our Premier Twin room in the Annex Building was nice and large with 2 double beds for 3 of us. The toilet was a nice size with shower and tub. Receptionists were extremely helpful with food suggestions

The balcony should have some seats for us to relax in when one needs fresh air. The hotel does not seem to have an environmentally friendly policy of giving guests a choice as to whether to change towels and bed linen.
