The staff are friendly and helpful. Free parking and also around the hotel. Rooms are clean. Breakfast buffet at a very reasonable price. Shopping and good food shops nearby.

Wish there is a retractable clothing line in the bathroom for small handwash items.

Our stay in this hotel was great. The room we stayed in was impeccably clean and spacious. We had a lot of luggages so it was nice that we had enough space to put our stuff. We stayed here for 5 nights so when we were booking the place, we highly considered its accessibility to the places we'd like to visit and it didn't fail us. One of the best things about this hotel is the location! It's very close to a lot of restaurants, bus stops, shopping streets, wet markets, and basically everything we need. The view is fantastic too. Although we couldn't secure a sea view room, the city view was also a a sight to see. Overall, we had a great stay in this hotel for an affordable price too.

There's nothing really that I didn't like. We'll definitely be back here with our friends on our next visit!

The location is great! Next to a square which the local will gather and have fun, it’s just next to the sea coast. The view is beautiful, the location is great, only 5-10mins walk to the underground shopping street, seafood street and black pork bbq street. The sea view is very good, beautiful and peaceful. Hotel has its own parking lot, and if the parking lot is full, the staff will help you to park it somewhere else.

The location of this hotel is excellent - 300 mts from the city center and 600 from the traditional market. The reception team was great with very good level of English and helped us in every need as much as they could. Great breakfast at a reasonable price with many options. Parking was great and the room was spacious.

The hotel only had feather pillows, The only solution they could provide to me due to my allergy is a number of towels which I used as pillows. It would be good if the hold a number of synthetic pillows as other hotels in this level do The Air conditioning has a fixed temperature so you rather turn it on or off. During the night is a little inconvenient.

First solo trip and this was my first accommodation. The hotel was spacious (bigger than expected) and also more well built then expected (given how good of a price it was). Big room with a great view. Actually came back to Jeju city for the last few days and regret not staying back here again. Location is great, lots of food and whatnots around. The view is UNBEATABLE and the sunsets are amazing. You're at the coast line and this made the perfect running track (following the olle trails). Additionally, you're next to the pier and docks which make the air much cooler and also scenic (lighthouse nearby). Proximity towards town, its about a 10 to 15min walk. That will get you to a major intersection which connects you to the rest of the city. The walk is by the canal (its a nice city walk). There's also an E-Mart near by so everything you need is there. Really really great place :) Parking is not a problem and there always seems to be a taxi outside the hotel. Really good locations to the city, and you get to enjoy the shoreline. Oh and there are some festival markets kind of thing near this hotel, about 2 mins away located at the amphitheatre. The shoreline / hardcourt is lively on the weekends.

Gym is decent but it's good too!

I had a room with a sea view, which was very large for me alone. There are many restaurants and shopping options nearby. It took me about 15 minutes to get to the hotel by taxi. The staff is very helpful. The hotel also has a smoking area which is located in the covered parking lot.

Since many guests drink and eat in the rooms in the evening, there is a smell in the entire hallway while the rooms are being cleaned. That's not very pleasant when you walk across the hallway in the morning. But this is only the case during cleaning.

The location of the hotel is prime, just next to the sea harbour. The view of the sea from my room is really amazing. It is easy to find food near the hotel; such as seafood restaurants, also near Black Pork street where we could find numbers of restaurants serving black pork food. The location is also close to shopping streets and traditional market. As for the room, it is cozy and quite comfortable with seaview, although the size is not really spacious. There is a vending machine near the elevators, so it should be easy for us to purchase drinks with affordable prices. Taxi to airport is most likely standby in front of the hotel lobby. The hotel price is affordable.

The exchange rate in the front desk is quite expensive, and the room size is not spacious.

Location is fantastic. We got a room facing the ocean. View is fantastic. The room has many wardrobes. Front desk people were attentive and helpful, if you ask questions.

Car park. The car park at level 1 is limited and very narrow. If you don't get a lot at level 1, you can go to basement but it is only valet parking. We were lucky as we managed to get a lot at level 1 all the time.

Location to the airport is very good. Close to Dongmun Market for fresh food and cheap sundries. The guy who came to fix our electric issue in the room was very fast and responsive. There's a bakery that bakes very fresh and delicious cholocate buns every morning and we developed a ritual of buying buns there before rushing out for our itinerary each day.

Hotel staff tends to be reserved. We don't speak Korean, so it would have been great if the staff were more forthcoming and advised itinerary and weather conditions. They are, however, observant, and are aware if I grumble about their service level under my breadth. The pillows were too soft, so please provide more pillows.

The location is great. Close both to the sea and the airport. There are a lot of stores and great restaurants nearby, and there's also a market filled with everything you need. The staff deseves a 10 out of 10. Very helpful and kind. They even ordered a taxi for me after my check-out, since I don't speak Korean. The food is to die for. The breakfast is worth every won, and the chicken menu not only is delicious, it also comes in big portions. As for the room, very spacious. It felt more like an apartment. I'm very pleased by this hotel.
