Palm Beach Guesthouse

I loved the breakfast, the staff and the feel of being in a place that is a home away from home. Annet was so kind and shared the different activities I could do and always asked me how my day was. I am cat lover too and I loved Delilah who mostly kept to herself and is really friendly.

The room was a little cold, but that's because it was winter. There were additional blankets and the hot showers really helped before bed time, after a day of exploring the beautiful city of PE.

Our visit didn’t start well. We had booked an ocean view room through booking.com, unfortunately that wasn’t relayed to the owner. Within minutes I was speaking with the owner. Within 30 minutes we had a resolution that worked for both of us. Within the hour there was a knock on our door with Megan apologizing profusely and extending her hand with a bottle of wine. …absolutely not necessary. The ladies opened up the kitchen for us as we had an early tee time. The breakfast was wonderful. The breakfast are is very I voting. Due to a cycling event, most of the main roads were closed. Meghan’s significant other came and drove to the course with us following so we wouldn’t be lost. The service we received was top notch! Our room ended up being very good, not what we anticipated, but very good.

What can i say besides Magnificent, staff the place itself felt like home away from home with a little bit of paradise. I enjoyed so much, I could kick back relax and be at peace. I would definitely recommend staying there again Candice and her team Dolly Annie and Nandi was super friendly and went the extra mile in making sure I was comfortable with my stay my super stars indeed, and the view Wow breath taking breakfast was delicious and the room I stayed in was very spacious and cozy. I felt like a queen the way I was treated like royalty, thank you so much again really money well spent, so looking forward in bringing the rest of the family along with me next time and we know where our stay would be.Palm Beach Guest House you deserve a five star rating :)

Nandi & Annie were lovely hostesses and made an excellent breakfast (too much to choose!!). Candice kept in contact with us from the start and was available should we need anything. The sea view from the suite was awesome (and the beach in literally across the road)! I had to be in PE for a week for a medical procedure, and the suite was spacious and comfortable - with the bedroom being separate from the living area, we never once felt "boxed in" or had cabin fever despite having to stay indoors mostly. The room was cleaned daily while we were having breakfast (in the lovely sunny dining area). A mall is close by for any grocery or takeaway needs. A plus is a full size fridge with freezer for those who need more than the standard bar fridge. 10/10 would stay there again!

It didn't affect us, but the shower in the suite won't be suitable for those with limited mobility - but there are other rooms with standard showers - just ask the host.

The pictures did not mislead us at all. It’s exactly how we anticipated it to be. The property is closer to so many amenities with the beach just across the road. Ms. Elaine was superb too and went beyond our expectations. The room are spotlessly clean, have enough space to move around. The breakfast was delicious and just couldn’t miss it at all with the family. I will definitely recommend it to my friends and family too.

Very helpful and accommodating - allowed much earlier check-in, served great breakfast after designated times. All over great experience. And then supported next to the Ironman Run route all day, serving lunch to my supporter. Above and beyond, thank you!

Student accommodation across the road was a bit noisy the Friday night. But out of control of establishment. Not too excessive.

Wonderful beachfront walk and access to shops. Self catering which was unexpected.Very clean.Friendly, helpful staff.

Very narrow access to parking!! No extra toilet rolls! Heating panel didn't work. No hairdryer.

Beautiful place, friendly staff, awesome host. The rooms were bigger than expected, pool facing. My kids had a blast. I definitely recommend this guesthouse.

Awesome staff & service, amazing breakfast and a great location - an easy walk to the beach ... there is even a backup generator for loadshedding!

breakfast was excellent. all food was fresh and well set out. Annette and staff were always ready to help location was very good parking was excellent

they need to replace the taps with a mixer in the wash basin in the bathroom.
