Remisens Hotel Lucija

It was a pleasant surprise for me. I was expecting a shabby three-star hotel with a retro atmosphere, but upon entering I was greeted by a fairly modern, clean, excellently air-conditioned reception and bar. The staff were kind and helpful, the younger ones without exception spoke excellent English. The beer on tap in the bar is always cold, and the service is polite. The Swedish buffet breakfast can be said to be very good. The rooms are not the most modern, but they are comfortable and clean. There was daily cleaning. The air conditioner in our room worked perfectly. Special thanks that we didn't have to keep our motorcycle in the paid parking lot!

There was no such. Not really a problem, but it is misleading that there is no information that there is no pool or wellness within the hotel at the moment.

Everything was great, especially food, there was a lot to chose from (even when we arrived in the last hour) and was delicious. I am glad we assigned us for both breakfast and dinner, it was worth the price. It was comfortable. We were worried because of the bad reviews we read, but in our case, everything was nice.

Only thing we could complain about is cleanliness of the bathroom, it could be more clean but it was not dirty. And also, check in was not at 14:00 but around 15:15, but we did not mind it.

i stayed there for 3 nights, every day there was a problem with my room card (it did not open the room door, the reception staff said something is wrong with the system and did not put much emphasis on the fact that this is a regular problem)

for 6 person we actually got an apartman with 2 rooms, clima mashine was great. The dinner was in a 5 stars hotel, which always was delicious and wide range

The food, but could be worse😂No fridge in the room which is bad, because in the hot days you need some cold drinks. The bathroom is really small, on overweight person would have totally problems to take a shower:(

Regarding the food, there is plenty of choice! You don't have to worry about the quality - it's highly above average! I recommend you to pay extra for breakfast and dinner. Room was simple, without the fridge. But a fridge is not needed since there are lots of bars around...

The staff was nice, but we missed a little bit of 'personal touch'. Still good experience, though.

Excellent location, renovated building, nice and clean, friendly staff. Very good value for the price.
