Zepter Hotel

Excellent Hotel, location wise in the heart of the main pedestrian zone. Staff there is amazing, 3 AM they would make you a coffee before arranging your transport to the airport. The food is excellent, I had both dinner and breakfast and I have been spoiled with quality and kindness. In my view the value for money comparing to other European destination is 10:1, you will never get this sort of quality anywhere. Many thanks to Zepter hotel for treating me exceptionally well.

I liked evrything!

I want to thank the staff at the Zepter Hotel! They did an excellent job of responding to needs and requests. Our room was huge with separate living room, kitchen and comfortable bed and bedroom. The espresso machine and special countertop water filter were an nice surprise!! A number times they were extremely helpful in meeting our requests and brought whatever we needed to the room. I want thank Igor and all the front desk staff too. We would stay there again!! Thank you Hotel Zepter management and staff. Jim and Gale

The main bathroom was a little tight and the sink was only a short span to the so I had to walk in sideways. The kitchen could have been better stocked with cookware and other items, although when we requested items they brought them up immediately.

This is the best hotel in Belgrade in my opinion. It is not the first time I stay here. Very good, spacious, comfortable rooms, very good and tasty breakfast, salat with tomatoes and mozarella-my favorite. Very kind, helping staff-always and with any question. Perfect Location, in the start of pedestrial street, near is taxi station, so you can get by foot anywhere and if needed quickly get a taxi. Rooms were appartment style, all equipped with Zepter products, pans, potts, coffeemashine, water cleaner, air cleaner etc. In bathroom theres all you need for hygien, toothbrush, razor, pasta, body lotion, etc... so if you dont have it with you, no problem, you can get from there. So when i come to Belgrade again, I would stay at Zepter hotel:)))

The best part about this hotel are big rooms for affordable prices and its location in the strict city center. The staff is excellent, permanentan and you they are really happy to help. One of my most favourite places to stay on my trips in southeast europe. Bar is "open" all the time as the person sitting at the reception can always serve you a drink if it is something simple even in very late hours. The restaurant is also good although it is a pity to eat there when the city center is just outside of the hotel offering the best cousine variety and quality in Europe.

There is little to not like but...as the hotel is Zepter than they use it to advertise a very wast number of Zepter products. This is a bit strange until you do not get used to it. The second thing is that although the rooms are perfect but they are being worn out and would need a refurbishment soon...still ok but soon.

Excellent location in central Belgrade. Nice large and bright rooms with lots of storage for clothes etc.

The breakfast components was not placed on any cooling surface but directly on a normal table. Not what we expected in regards to food storage. We had a room on the 1st floor to the street and the windows are very poor in keeping the traffic sounds out. Would have been nice with a little gesture on the day of my friends 40th birthday doing our stay. would have been great service from the hotel which we have experienced on other hotels on birthdays.

walking distance to everywhere. The location is very central. There is a taxi and bus stop in front of hotel. The receptionists were very helpful and attentive. The breakfast is very nice and delicious. The waiters were very kind and attentive. We will meet again !

Heating system doesn’t work between 00.00-07.00. The room was cold even at noon.

This was my second time staying at this hotel and I like it even more than before. Now it became my Go To hotel in Belgrade. I love everything about this place: 1. Great staff that is super pleasant, super helpful and makes you feel like home; 2. Very nice size rooms with modern furniture; 3. Air purifying systems in the rooms with water filters in kitchens; 4. High ceilings and huge windows that can fully open; 5. Amazing breakfast at the beautiful outside terrace with awesome restaurant manager; 6. Open and beautiful staircase that looks almost like going to a ballroom; 7. Super central location. Definitely come back and definitely recommend this hotel!

The location is good, close to everything. The rooms were large. The cleaning was excellent. Despite the heat outside, the room was cool and fresh. The bed was very comfortable. The bed sheets were nice.

The reception staff were indifferent and did not thank us for the visit or welcome us back. They didn't care much, but I suppose hospitality is in proportion to their salary. The breakfast is nothing special.

I liked everything! Absolutely amazing staff in the hotel! Sincerely nice human beings, in addition that they are also doing their job great. They didn't have to, but they did upgrade our room to a bigger one to make our stay more pleasant. Kudos to amazing Alex on the front desk. Great, positive, knowledgeable, the one every hotel would be happy to see working for them. Another thank you to Gorin, the restaurant manager, super attentive, makes the attending of simple breakfast pleasant, easy and happy experience that just adds to overall great memorable stay. Will definitely stay here again once I'm back at Belgrade. Room is clean and spacious, huge couch in the living room, nice size kitchen. Water filter, tea pot and separate coffee maker - I've never seen in hotel room. The bathroom was on smaller size, but it didn't ruin the experience and the rest of the room makes for that. Location of the hotel could not be better. The very center of historic city. Definitely recommend staying here

It was the great experience staying in Zepter. Staff were super kind. We arrived before the check-in time, the room we booked was not ready. Due to our condition (My husband had surgery a few days before), We were upgraded without any charge. So my husband could have a good rest. Also the location is great, the front entrance was not big, but you would be surprised about the inside. The apt is spacious, it has water dispenser, air purifier. Anyway, it's the best among 4 places I stayed in Belgrade😊
