I think it’s the best in Belgrade. I can not explain how it was great. The staff, (Nicolas the great, Edward Norton-best receptionist ever-), and the other names that i couldn’t remember. They are not acting like a good staff, they are really friends. We booked two rooms and they were amazing. Very comfortable, very classy, very very clean. The restaurant of the hotel is open 24 hours and the food are very delicious. Definately i will be back. Thank you so much all staff to make our vacation great!!

The best thing about this hotel was the service/staff. The staff was very kind, friendly and always eager to help. The breakfast was great, the lobby was cosy. The hotel is very well located and there are some of Belgrade's landmarks close-by. We had booked the executive room and firstly ended up with the one with the bathtub however the staff was very helpful and we were able to switch to the one with the shower which was much better in our opinion and also more spacious.

Love the old building and decor. The light and air in the lobby is great especially as was warm and I could sit by the open doors. The room was in excellent condition and when there was an inside it was quickly resolved for me. This was appreciated and I also liked the evening gifts combined with interesting quotes. They have a friendly and warm team who looked after me well.

I think the breakfast food could be a higher standard

The hotel is amazing. The location is great, only a 15 minute walk into the centre of Belgrade. It's a stunning hotel, the lobby and restaurant are very cool, the rooms are sleek and minimal. The best thing about the hotel is the staff though, they were super friendly and gave lots of good advice on bars and restaurants.

The AC was broken in our room for the first night so we were moved to a different room. Staff were super helpful and moved us straight away.

Amazing small luxury hotel in the center of Belgrade. Staff is very friendly and supportive – you always feel welcome and whatever you need (rent-a-car, shuttle service, umbrella, etc.), they make it happen. The executive room was modern and comfortably furnished – I got a room to the street, but it was quite though. Room service serves excellent food – yummy!

WLAN connection was interrupted from time to time – one night, I had no connection at all. I would really appreciate if the staff would raise awareness and more frequently remind the “usual suspects” to follow COVID regulations (especially about wearing masks in public areas). The majority of guests unfortunately did not care, running across the public areas without masks – as a result I came home with COVID…not sure if I caught it in the hotel, but it´s definitely a possible place at risk.

I had a wonderful experience at the Saint Ten. Beautiful atmosphere inside and outside around that part of the city. Every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the check-in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Thank you! Will recommend to my colleagues and friends!

Very nice room design, except for the bathrooms, high value materials. Very friendly and helpful staff, good location.

The lack of showers in the rooms we stayed in (only tub). We had to change rooms fairly early into our stay, whereby we requested a room with a shower and were promised one. However, we ended up having a room with a tub, albeit a nice one, without any kind of a shower screen. Finally, a fairly strong smell of sewer was present in the second room throughout the stay. Upon inquiry the hotel stuff informed us that this sometimes happens when it rains heavily, however a hotel of this level shouldn't allow for such issues to arraise in the first place.

The hotel is very nice, the staff, the food, the interiors. Outside of the pandemic I would highly recommend it and would return myself. A lovely hotel with really nice and helpful staff.

The thing that struck me was that nobody and I mean nobody wore any masks there, neither the staff nor guests, which was absurd really. I don’t know if the manager or the owner are some kind of COVID deniers or if they just don’t give a damn about the safety, but it was really odd. I’ve travelled quite a lot during the pandemic and I’ve never seen that anywhere. And I know it’s not like that in other hotels in Belgrade either. I hope they realise soon that it’s not a good policy. It’s wrong, really, because any reduction of risk is important, and there are no efforts to reduce risks in that hotel at all.

I was really impressed by all the team. They were very professional and genuinely making me welcome. Small details such as calling the lift when they see you arriving in lobby, offering a breakfast to take away and coffe on early check out. The restaurant was serving very good cuisine and impeccable service. The room was quiet with a very comfortable bed and nice sateen sheets. The bath room with tinted glasses was a nice detail.

Very good location in a quiet street with easy access specially if you are with a car. Comfortable room with all amenities, although the expectation for a ministry suite would have been for a suite and this was not. Breakfast decent, yet there is a lot to be desired to match 5 stars expectation, really a lot. The price range of the hotel sets a different 5 stars expectation and this time is somewhat missing in number of amenities as: breakfast choices and set up, lack of adequate turndown service etc. What was truly outstanding and made it up for any shortages was the staff. Extremely professional, polite and accommodating. These guys made up our stay and were by far some of the friendliest and accomodating staff I have seen. Huge shout out to the Front Desk Staff. Bojan, Peter and team were top notch.
