Kelpie is a one bedroom, ground floor, self contained flat. There is one double bedroom with fitted wardrobe. Kelpie has a large wet floor shower room and open plan lounge/kitchen. The kitchen has a breakfast bar with seating for two, an under counter fridge with a small freezer compartment, oven, washing machine, microwave, toaster, kettle cafetiere and various cookware and utensils.
