The apartment is part of a converted boat house within the Bath Boating Station. It has its own private entrance and patio area. Enter into the living and kitchen area, bedroom located at the rear with a small ensuite. Although the apartment doesn't have views of the river, you are welcome to use the boat house lawns during your stay with perfect views of the river Avon. There is a restaurant on site, The Bathwick Boatman. The Boating Station is roughly a 15 minute, flat walk, into the city center.

The Garden Room has it's own entrance, this studio flat includes an en-suite and small kitchenette unit including a sink, a microwave. It also offers a sofa, a fridge, a toaster, a TV and tea & coffee. There is also a patio overlooking the River Avon.
