Radisson Hotel Riyadh Airport

this wasn’t first time to book at Radisson Airport Riyadh.. the location and room size is the key! faster room service than usual, which is amazing for a hotel in this size. quick respond when you ask for a golf cart. the only front desk employee that makes sure we enjoying our stay was Shooq..

Unfortunately, as a frequent guest you would expect different experience.. where in other hotels, they recognises their guests from the second visit! women ms’ swimming pool seems forgotten for a long time, can’t be used at all “ dirty”. In top of that, at the departure/check out day I requested a bottle of water, they asked me to pay for it !!! P.S: be ready to pay 500 SAR as a deposit upon your arrival, as they accuse their guests of stealing. (staff needs to be trained on how to deal with guests)

The hotel is modern and very clean. The staff are very friendly especially Abdullah whose professionalism and friendliness made our trip. We went for breakfast just after 10am one morning as we saw on the website it was until 10:30. When we arrived we were told that was an error. Getting kids up and ready for breakfast having arrived the early hours of the morning the night before wasn’t easy. The staff did however provide us with some cereal to have. I spoke to Abdullah (the manager) who was apologetic for the error and offered us a dinner at the hotel that evening for half the price. His gesture and overall mannerism was greatly appreciated. Thank you Abdullah Fahd for being an absolute star and making our stay so memorable. Looking forward to coming back soon!

Rooms are big, its not a usual hotel with one building and more like a residential style with a comfort of hotel from the service and facilities provided. Staff are great since we arrived, while we dine and roam around. Fast check in and check out.

Pool water was cold and minor issues about supplies for the shower such as shampoo/ shower gel are empty and there are insects than usual.

the security Mamdouh Alruaily was not professional at all he has a creepy behavior towards me and my wife one day at 3Am my wife came to airport where i work to pick me up and went to the hotel gate he asked me to step out of my vehicle and started to ask me weird “cops” questions???? and i saw him many times driving the gulf car and smoking and looking at everyone that made me and my wife very uncomfortable I worked in radisson hotel before as a front office manager and i have never met anyone like him! i stayed in the hotel for like 22 days and everyone was super great with me but i had to write this problem to not happen againg. best regards.

Room space, cleaning, facilities … Outstanding!! I would like to thank mr Abdullah AlHassan, he will go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. Definitely this hotel in the top of my hotel list in Riyadh, and will book there soon again. However, I would like if the front office team introduce the Hotel facilities and services. Thank you Radisson!

I only have 2 comments: 1- I was running to catch a meeting, I asked for any quick sandwich or salad. however, i informed that they can’t deliver any kind of food in less than 25-30 minutes! 2- when calling to book the car services and ask for price, they asked me to attend in the front office to get the answers!

First of all shout out to my favorite girl in the whole hotel and Riyadh Jessa from the restaurant.. she was friendly, helpful, cheerful with a constant beautiful smile on her face🌷 The rest of the restaurant girls are great and helpful too… The hotel is beautiful, clean, quiet , with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. Rooms are in different separate buildings and each room has a balcony. It has a great location close to the airport (I think it’s great for people who are looking to get away from all the chaos of the city centers). The hotel has 5 separate swimming pools (2 inside pools and 3 outside pools one of them is the main large pool where entertainment events take place all the time). It has also a gym, dunkin donuts coffee shop, spa, ATM machine, rooftop lounge with a great view and good atmosphere. The breakfast buffet was good with great quality and variety. The housekeeping staff are great, friendly, punctual and available 24/7. (Special thanks to Kennan and Rose❤️) Regarding pricing it’s good.. just make sure you make your whole reservation early because sometimes there will be group reservations for certain events that will rise the prices and decrease the room availability for other customers. Definitely one of my favorite hotels in Riyadh.

My flight from Paris arrived in Riyadh early in the morning, and the front desk supervisor approved an early check-in time for me at 10am, this was a very wonderful gesture and it gave me the opportunity to get into my room have a shower and get some much needed rest. Additionally, my room was upgraded to a superior room, this made me very happy.

After three calls to the front desk at check-out, I requested for a staff to assist with my luggages, but there was no staff to help with my luggages downstairs, I had to do take them downstairs alone.

The hotel is large with several food options, I like the many pools on offer, huge room with great shower and balcony. also have a women's gym and pool and spa, great for the price to have the facilities. location great if you wanna be close to the airport.

No airport shuttle, which is unusual for an airport hotel, so had to pay for an expensive car arranged by the hotel. and location isn't great if you wanna be in the city, also means taxis are not easy. Hopefully when a metro system is in place if its close to a station it'll be a great place to stay.

Big and clean room with great views, peace and tranquility, exceptional room and dining services. The best part is proximity to the airport, and a car to the airport, available on demand, anytime you want.

the lights in corridors were off everywhere, and it was dark............the lights turned on through some sensor, for which one has to go to the middle of the corridor!! So although ours was a corner room, we walked to the centre of the area, to get lights on, and then went to our room! This sensor light is not a good idea............also, we got just 1 card for our room,,,,,,,,,,,and that card was needed to switch on the electricity as well. Since the hotel is designed like a serviced apartment/villa, the actual distance of the room to the reception is there, and one has to take airport golf cart for their luggage, so one such cart must be available for each building. Thats what caused delay in our check out.

Large room and balcony overlooking the 'western style' pool (separate pool for families) and lots of green landscaping. Excellent bathroom and every amenityI need for a week-long stay. Reasonably priced rates and very helpful and friendly staff. Great breakfast selection offering western and middle eastern style foods and a professional Hotel transfer service to the Airport. Also serviced by UBER. Close enough to Al Nakheel and Riyadh Park Shopping Centres, as well as Plenty that has some delicious restaurants, hairdresser, nail salon and more, The Zone is also close for more good eating.
