Fraser Suites Riyadh

1- It was very spacious, with an awesome view on a high rise floor. 2- It was soundproof devoid of any noise, including a double door to enter the penthouse. 3- Like that the bathroom was clean and nice with L'Occitane products.

1- I would have liked Bigger Television or possibly included a music player / station. 2- The bedroom was very large but had a lot of empty space, could have been utilized with a couch or other amenities. 3- The bathroom could have a had a better bath tub for a penthouse; there was definitely space a better/bigger one. would have made the place more value for money.

1- location is excellent 2- there is starbucks in the hotel 3- the suite was very comfortable, clean and the space was big (3 rest rooms, a small kitchen, living room, dinning table) 4- everything was exceptional 5- they offered us valley parking free of charge 6- worths the price! 7- fast check in and checkout

when you call the reception from the room there is a connection problem (no one answers). the first day there was a problem with the door (we closed it but it didn’t lock) we talked to them and they fixed it fast the safety box also it didnt open and they fixed it too some of the staff in reception were not very welcoming (dont know names) but I think they need some more training in customer service and communication.

Mr. Maatez have been very helpful and we are truly grateful to him. The hotel staff were polite and friendly. Parking is free and spacious. The gym is nice and better than most of hotels. The outside dininng of the restaurant is nice. The business area is available all day. Starbucks nearby the hotel. Rooms decorated nicely.

The restaurant food is not that great and would be better to cover more food varieties. The bathroom toilet and sing is overused and require replacement. The bathroom water flow is low and the mostly cold. Hot water finishes fast within 5 minutes during the shower. Kids area need to be furnished and more toys/playing area should be done. The area small for kids.

i love the place, facilities and location.

I didn’t like the “other” staff. i have asked for something and he said no and gave reasons/alibi. i have them escalated it to his superior and act accordingly. i can feel the discrimination when treating people. they should value the guest regardless the color of their skin! this is the second stay in the hotel.

Our stay was good. The room was clean. The elevator has safety feature, you can only go to the floor of your room and common area like the restaurant with the use of the room card key. Breakfast was ok buffet style. I like the bathroom closet, enough drawers to arrange the clothes. Also, I like the ambiance in the pool side at night.

Kids club needs improvement. Few toys, old and broken. Decors and furnitures in the lobby need improvement too.

it was so hard to find a hotel in Riyadh as it is a avery huge city but I was lucky to find this hotel with this amazing location directly at the olaya street which is one of the main streets in the capital and very close nearly to most of the attractions ! and the ladies at the reception were so kind and helpful . money wise I think it was the most affordable in that category of hotels I absolutely enjoyed my whole stay in Riyadh .

The room was huge, very well laid out and maintained. The room interiors and facilities were fantastic. Location very central, easy to get to, although it is hardly possible to walk anywhere.

Service at breakfast could be improved. My wife simply could not get the waiter to bring a coffee or anything at all. Very frustrating. Breakfast food was also mediocre. Swimming pool area lacks shade. I did not know where to hide from the sun while the children splashed in the pool.

i liked a couple of things staying here in this property, first of all the staff was wonderful and very helpful, the location is spectacular if you want to visit Riyadh’s landmarks. the room is very spacious and clean, and above all of that there’s a starbucks connected to the hotel which is just a bonus if you’re staying at Fraser Suites.

there is one problem that i faced when i visited the property which was about the dates of my reservation, apparently the receptionist and I had a miscommunication where she booked an extra night for me that I made the mistake and payed for without noticing, unfortunately the mistake couldn’t be corrected but i had an amazing experience there that I genuinely forgot about it.

Staff are kind and polite, room is clean and spacious, good location, parking is always available. However, below are my few observations: breakfast menu is the same since the past 3 months, a little variety is always appreciated. A/C control is very bright in the room and I and I had to cover it in order to sleep, the Microwave also brightly flashes in the room and there is no way to shut it down. I had to cover it too in order to sleep. The Gym has a great dual pulley machine but lacks its cable attachment accessories such as a Triceps rope, V shaped bar, V handle, straight bar (does not cost more than SAR 1,000 . ,.!), but makes a big difference, few weights are missing !
