Luxurious hotel .. modern style , staff are friendly and kind, Sports, room, library or study room 4 free. Swimming pool,steam room, sauna and jacuzy available most of the time. Excellent 👍

Security sometimes could bother you and let you park outside ot the entry untill confirmed. They should let u in ones see the confirmation letter to the parking down! No big deal but could be organized better.

The staff was helpful and location was easily accessible. There were local shops and a park at walking distance from hotel.

The main complain was that there were no USB ports for charging as my colleagues came from out of KSA so they many equipments and chargers using usb and they were expecting it to be available as in other hotel where they stayed. As plugin sockets were of Saudi standard so they have to use to converter.

The suite rooms on the top floor are amazing, they are clean, spacious and comfortable. The receptionist was so helpful and friendly. Location-wise is good, close to many amenities and in a safe neighborhood. Overall, I would recommend it.

The standard rooms need renovations, I had to upgrade because they were not well-maintained and dirty. Room service is a bit slow and they rarely pick up the phone.

Not my first time staying at this hotel.. It always meets my expectations. Comfortable bed, good room service, and great staff. My go to place in Riyadh.

The only thing I didn’t like is that I wasn’t able to extend my stay. On a side note, the standard rooms are a bit dull, they can use more lighting.

I liked the smell of the hotel, its cleanliness. I love the facilities, all were still in great shape. We appreciate much the housekeeping services, they respond very quickly to all our requests. Also, the checkout was very fast. They did not let us wait for a very long time. We also love the food served at breakfast (its buffet but they are the ones who serve, for the guests safety) although the menu is quite repeating everyday. Another thing, they are really keen to the guests belongings. My daughter left her sunglasses in the lobby while we are waiting for uber, the staff gave it back to us when we return at the hotel. Also, hand sanitizers were readily available anywhere including inside the elevators. Overall, the cleanliness of this hotel and the kindness of the staff (expat only) is exceedingly remarkable. Our family, especially our kids (5mos old and 5yrs old) felt safe from getting covid infection inside this hotel.

They confirmed to us that we could check in as early as 1-2pm but when we arrived, there is no twin room available. So we waited until 3pm.

Great location if you are attending events at the International Conference and Exhibition Center. Hotel is clean with staff that have a good understanding of English.

Ala Carte menu in the restaurant would be good. Benjamin in the restaurant is excellent for service.

I like the size of the room, cleanses of the toilet was good, staff at the reception are great, friendly and cooperative The way the provide complementary tea and coffee was good The location is good and quiet

The carpet wasn’t that clean there were some stains on it I didn’t find shampoo in the room although hair conditioner and body lotion were available they need to Emphasize on the cleaning staff to provide everything Note: as a member of hotel group I was informed that I can’t add points of my stay to my membership points because I booked through booking.com therefore they won’t add it to my points. I hope that you look at it and resolve that issue if it could be done Thank you

This was my third stay at the hotel so you can tell that I like it. I always prefer the suite rooms though, they are bigger and cleaner. It is honestly a safe choice for anyone traveling to Riyadh for a short business trip.

Room service needs some improvement. Some room amenities need updating too. For the first time, the residents in the next room were a bit noisy, but not to a level that it was unbearable.

i liked the basement car parking and the clean large room with its facilities. the lobby was large, modern and very clean.

I didn’t like the basement car parking exit because Low sports cars rub at the end of the exit. I didn’t like the fact that basement car parking is filled with the hotel employees’ cars to the point where customers have no choice but to park outside in the sun.

Staff was very helpful and supportive both night shift and day shift

I have booked room for three adults from booking app but they gave me only two beds the three bed was chargeable.
