Located roght across from gate 330; room was quiet considering all the noise/bustle on the street (was on the 13th floor); hotel mgmt delivered a fruit plate on 1st night which was a very nice gesture; room had several bottles of water; complimentary tea in lobby at certain times of the day; baskin robbins icecream available for purchase in the main entry hall; will definitely recommend.

Fridge setting was not working (food freezes on defrost position and is accurate temp in the OFF position), the readily available plugs are located on the headboard and are controlled by same switch as main light (so basically u can't charge your phones/devices overnight of u turn off all the lights.

I think it's the best hotel in Madinah, regarding the location just less than 2 min to Haram. The room is fully equipped with all amenities needed with high quality. The Breakfast was more than perfect very tasty and varied. The hotel is very clean and the housekeeping is very helpful. Can't wait to be back again.

The Wifi wasn't stable but that doesn't matter coz everything was perfect 👌

Outstanding service from all. In particular, Ilyas at reception who was very accommodating and helpful. Also, the housekeeping staff on the 11th floor and all the Bell Boys. Breakfast was very good for each of the six nights.

The staff was amazing from the reception to the cleaning teams, they always had a smile on and ready to help you. Proximity to Masjid an Nabawi is crazy, from hotel entrance to gate 330 you have 1 minute walk and to inside de masjid you have not even 3 minutes. The room was clean and had everything as expected.

The pillows, weren't too comfy. The smoke detector light flashing at night was a little bothering

Centrally located , very convenient to get to and from , rooms are nice and cozy and their restaurants are very nice . I may also add this : their staff is very helpful from front desk people to baggage handlers to waiters are all top notch ..I couldn't be more happy

Beds are small and mattress kind of stiff ..but it's ok ..that's about it when it comes to negativity

WifI very slow inside room. difficult to navigate. Room Air Quality not good, as we feel sick if stay long in room. The AC duct need periodically purified. The windows having closed glass panels so cannot open. As sometime required to open Window for fresh air.

Very Near to Alharam and woman Rawdah, Breakfast was nice, the room was also okay with a little bit of old furniture.

The smell of the cigarette of this Sudani guy in the corridor, 24 hours they are sitting outside the room and smoking, no one from the staff or the room service stop them. The price was too high on a double room! The receptionist during check-in was not helpful, he is not even answering sometimes. Aircondition in the room was not okay, sometimes very cold and other times very hot, all our family got fever from it. Internet connection .....

Excellent location, close to Haram. The room was spacious and clean. We were given water, tea, and coffee, and it was refilled the next day. Toiletries were also provided, and there were plenty of towels in the washroom. Trash was also removed. They had a sufficient number of fast lifts.

The bathroom is appropriate in size, but there is only one drainage under the sink and none under the shower. We requested a room on the lower floor but were given a room on the 13th We were asked to pay in advance. and deposit into account which I wasn't comfortable with as long as I book through Booking.com either i should be charged by credit card or they take cash when I am at the counter.

The location is good as it is in the middle of the 2 masjid gates that are currently open (main gate & gate 329). This is close to the women area on the right side, also not too far from the main entrance for men. Going to Raudhah for women need a little bit more walking. Shops are close by (bindawood/small minimart), the souq in Taiba building is conveniently across the street. There are many small elevators in the hotel, quite efficient even during peak times. A cafe/ BR icecream at the lobby are decent. Housekeeping staff was very accommodating so as the concierge. Buffet breakfast is not quite a buffet as there were server at each station - good - that it avoid contact between patrons, also help reduce wastage by patrons who like to get heaps of food but not eating them all. Fridge / Safe / Kettle / tea/ coffee in the room are nice to have.

Parking space is very limited - we went on weekday before the national holiday Bathroom flooring somewhat not working "normally" as it didn't drain the water properly. Shower screen didn't do the job of screening water from flooding the other part of the bathroom. Bed is definitely not twin size - it is the normal single bed size. Carpet make the room a bit stuffy and not easy to clean. Lower level rooms will have to endure some noise before the night settles.

The location is excellent as entrance to 'Al Masjid an Nabawi' is few steps away from hotel. Room is descent enough and looked similar to photos. Breakfast buffet has different options.

Breakfast quality could be enhanced. Room lighting and ventilation can be improved.
